I stayed one night at the hotel. For the price and location near the DLR it is a great option. I paid £55 for one night which is about right. Anything more then I think you would start to question things as it is all very basic.
Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was included in my stay but I left before it opened so cannot comment on that. Will stay again if I can get a deal for around the same price.
Unfriendly reception welcome…cold draft… unlevel mattress
But a very good breakfast with happy service

Not the greatest 3 star hotel. The room was basic. Bed was comfortable and clean.
Upon returning to my room on Sunday after running a half marathon, a member of staff snapped at me about ringing the buzzer 3 times to open the door. I only rang it 3 times because I was unsure whether anyone was there to open it.
That did not stop them giving me a lesson on doorbell etiquette.
It was the last thing I needed after finishing a half marathon.
I like the location - it has close proximity to the public transport system, and the breakfast is okay. However, I got bitten by bugs on my 2 nights - so please watch out.
The staff were so so friendly, nothing was too much to ask! Felt very safe here and close to the city centre without it being too busy! Definitely stay again and recommend!
Our room wasn’t that clean to be honest, some parts of the room had scratches, not the best room of our trip definitely. But the place is close to London Bridge and has a metro station close and it is not that expensive as the other hotels in London.
Musty, dirty, in disrepair.. I got fooled by a good rating on hotels.com. I spent an extra night in London because my plans changed slightly. I didn’t want to go all the way to the airport as I wanted to explore London some more. I regretted my choice from the moment I saw the hotel. Not nice

On the whole, value for money,.
No mattress protector.
Walls dirty. Bathroom was mostly clean. Some grime and mould. Breakfast good.
Stayed here for 1 night as on work trip. It was pleasant, clean and good size double room with en-suite shower room good stuff size. I would stay here if I revisit London.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was limited but staff offered gluten free options. Hotel was conveniently close to the train station, and access to the city.
It was a very simple hotel, so we didn’t have big expectations. Our hotel room was very hot due to the weather and only one window. But we had a fan, so the nights were okay. The breakfast was typical English breakfast, which we’re not used to, but we found something as well.
All the staff members we talked to were very friendly.
The public transport is only two minutes away which was great. And it’s only twenty minutes to walk to the Tower of London (7 min via public transport). So the location of the hotel was perfect for us.
The staff was lovely
The facility is not great, old and ran down...
If you are looking for something quick and cheap, that does the job, then this would be perfect.
It is fairly quiet and accessible by public transport.
The location itself is not fancy
The breakfast was cold and not fancy

Good place
Standard hotel, no elevator, room was small but was all we needed since we were barely there.
