I like the location - it has close proximity to the public transport system, and the breakfast is okay. However, I got bitten by bugs on my 2 nights - so please watch out.

Our room wasn’t that clean to be honest, some parts of the room had scratches, not the best room of our trip definitely. But the place is close to London Bridge and has a metro station close and it is not that expensive as the other hotels in London.

Good location and friendly staff!
The staff were so so friendly, nothing was too much to ask! Felt very safe here and close to the city centre without it being too busy! Definitely stay again and recommend!

Musty, dirty, in disrepair.. I got fooled by a good rating on hotels.com. I spent an extra night in London because my plans changed slightly. I didn’t want to go all the way to the airport as I wanted to explore London some more. I regretted my choice from the moment I saw the hotel. Not nice

It was a very simple hotel, so we didn’t have big expectations. Our hotel room was very hot due to the weather and only one window. But we had a fan, so the nights were okay. The breakfast was typical English breakfast, which we’re not used to, but we found something as well. All the staff members we talked to were very friendly. The public transport is only two minutes away which was great. And it’s only twenty minutes to walk to the Tower of London (7 min via public transport). So the location of the hotel was perfect for us.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was limited but staff offered gluten free options. Hotel was conveniently close to the train station, and access to the city.

The staff was lovely The facility is not great, old and ran down... If you are looking for something quick and cheap, that does the job, then this would be perfect. It is fairly quiet and accessible by public transport. The location itself is not fancy The breakfast was cold and not fancy

Good for the money
Hotel out side looks a little ruff. Staff on reception was nice. My room was a single so not expecting a large room and fair to the hotel it’s a decent size for one. The bathroom very very small not clean the best and the shower is really unreliable one moment it’s cold next so hot it can burn you. Room had coffee and tea. Breakfast was a little strange but all in all for the price it’s a good hotel

This hotel was a good location to get to the O2 arena , tube was walking distance. Every effort has been made to make the rooms appealing to the eye. The bed was comfortable, shower was hot , room was nice and warm just fine for an overnight stay.Very quiet. Basic room, breakfast should have been included when purchased through Expedia but was told it wasn't and had to pay for that separately. Room very hot, breakfast room even hotter, underwhelming selection, fruit flies aplenty. You get what you pay for, I will know better next time
