The Space:
INTRODUCTION
Recently renovated, this bright and spacious ensuite-bedroom unit offers everything you need for a short-term stay. Situated on the first floor, it boasts high ceilings and meticulous design. Decorated in terracotta hues and inspired by the New Deco movement, the bedroom features a hotel-quality king-size mattress, blackout curtains, dressers, and clothes rods. It also opens to a (really) tiny courtyard. The quirky ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a bespoke vanity unit. Please note, the kitchen and living space will not be accessible during your stay. With the host on vacation, you'll enjoy complete privacy without any interruptions.

Situated on a quiet side street just off City Road, the flat is within a 5-minute walk of cafes, bakeries, a 24-hour supermarket, McDonald's, hair salons, and a 24-hour gym. NOTE: The hallway of the building is being revamped including new cupboards and new carpets. As a result, the hallway may look a bit unfinished. There might be noise during the day when cupboards are being made. We have applied a big discount on the current pricing. Thank you very much for your understanding.
Guest Access:
Guest will have sole access to the entire ensuite-bedroom unit. However, the kitchen and the living space of the unit will not be accessible during your stay.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
