Pratique, confortable
Un séjour agréable dans cet hôtel bien situé.L'environnement était bruyant mais pourvu en commerces de proximité. La chambre familiale pour quatre était grande (N°105) spacieuse et donnait sur une cour aménagée. Des petits déjeuners corrects : du choix et de la quantité. A conseiller pour le rapport qualité prix environnement.

bien situé mais buyant et mal chauffé
Cet hotêl est bien situé pour visiter Londres car bien desservi par les transports en commun: plusieurs lignes de Metro, dont une directe pour St Pancras et aussi des bus. Il est bruyant car les "petites chambres" donnent sur Cromwell road. Si il fait froid il est mal chauffé.

Hôtel charmant dans un très joli quartier!
Chambre propre, classique, assez bien isolée du froid (mais pas assez du bruit malheureusement, car l'hôtel donne sur une avenue assez fréquentée). La salle de bain est propre mais date un peu, l'aération laisse à désirer. Cependant, comme nous ne restions à l'hôtel que pour dormir, la chambre convient pour le prix. L'hôtel est à 3-4 mn de la station de Métro Earl's Court, très joli quartier avec beaucoup de restaurants très bons, dont ''Zizzi'' (resto italien que je recommande chaudement).

Ottima posizione, zona molto tranquilla e piacevole, parchi raggiungibili a piedi, ben servita da bus e tube, molto comoda soprattutto per chi arriva e parte da heatrow. Abbiamo chiesto e ci è stata data una camera silenziosa sul retro ed è stata una buona idea perchè cromwell road è trafficata. Personale gentile servizio buono . Un po' meno bene sotto l'aspetto manutenzione e pulizia.

Bien situé, excellent rapport qualité/prix
Hotel, très bien situé ( à moins de 5 min a pieds de 2 bouches de métro stratégiques ) il est en plus sur la même ligne que l'aéroport ce qui est assez pratique et à peine a 1/4 du centre de Londres. Les alentours sont agréables et il est possible de trouver des pubs dans le secteur pour manger et boire un verre. Les chambres sont propres bien qu'un peu petites, mais bon, pour plus grands au même prix, c'est beaucoup plus loin. Le personnel est toujours au rdv et très souriant. Bref, pour mes futurs week end, je sais que je ne me poserai pas de questions et retournerai la bas sans me poser de questions car c'est vraiment un très bon petit hôtel par rapport à son coût et c'est assez rare pour être précisé à Londres.

It was a terrible experience.. very poor very dirty hotel with unfriendly, or better yet, rude staff.. my advise is, better pay a little extra and stay in a cleaner place..

bien situé et très bien desservi en métro(3 lignes possibles), personnel sympa, bon rapport qualité prix. Pas de wifi mais on se connecte gratuitement au café d'en face. Les chambres sur rue son un peu bruyantes.

Clean hotel with nice staff
Although the hotel is located on the busy Cromwell Road the room was quiet. Drapes / curtains made it possible to get the rom almost completely dark. The bed was much to hard for my taste. The staff was friendly and correct.

c'est un très bel hôtel qui est parfaitement situé pour un séjour, à proximité ( 20m) d'un arrêt de bus et d'un super marché ouvert 24h/24h (100m). l'endroit est très sûr et peu de circulation.

hotel très bien situé dans londres (près de 2 stations de métro) propreté : chambre et douche très propre, seul hic : les fenêtres étaient sales confort de la chambre : le lit deux places était très petit, mais confortable, les chambres donnent sur une rue avec de la circulation donc un peu de bruit la nuit personnel de l'hotel accueillant

camera carina, decente,persino confortevole!anche il bagno è tenuto bene.unico difetto: (a parte che gli inglesi non hanno il miscelatore e quindi fai la doccia un pò gelata un pò bollente)dalla tenda della doccia esce l'acqua e si forma un laghetto sul pavimento. posizione ottima, 5minuti dalla centralissima fermata della metro di earl's court.e poi kensinghton è una bellissima zona.senza grandi pretese per dormire e basta va più che bene.buon viaggio!

Hotel is close to the Tube. It is on a busy street so if you end up with a room on the street, the noise is loud and if not used to road sounds you'll definitely have trouble sleeping.

Un bon hôtel bien équipé, bien situé, mais un peu bruyant
Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. La chambre était nickel, la sale de bains très grande avec une baignoire. Il y avait un mini-bar et une bouilloire avec sachets de thé et sticks de café et des tasses. Bref des équipements super. Les bagages ont pu être laissés à la consigne le jour de l'arrivée comme le jour du départ pour une dernière promenade avant de s'envoler. L'hôtel est bien situé, tout près du métro, parfait pour les visites, près de restos et snacks et d'un supermarché ouvert 24/24. Le seul bémol : L'hôtel est sur une grosse artère, il y a du bruit de circulation jusque tard le soir, mais quand on rentre d'une journée de visites bien remplies, on s'endort facilement...

Needs renovation
Hotel needs a of of renovation and maintenance. Rooms are old and in need of updating. Elevator and plumbing problems. No refrigerators as they were "saving money". Overall, would not recommend except for the large bathroom in the bottom floor room.
