There is plenty of space to store your favourite clothes in, so yes – bring that blazer with you, you’ll find space. The modernist wall art adds a personal touch to the rooms. Enjoy the privacy of the main bathroom. No one will bother you while getting ready for a day of exploring and you’ll be able to enjoy a long, relaxing shower in all calm. Soft, cotton towels and toiletries will be provided to each guest. The modern living room will welcome you in a light, homey atmosphere. The windows let plenty of natural light in. Neutral walls and modern laminate flooring enhance the comfy sofa and the room’s décor. The sofa also unfolds into a double sofa bed, meaning that the flat can sleep a total of 6 people. The Neighborhood:
There are so many fine pubs, bars and restaurants in Angel and Islington that it's difficult to choose from them all. Here are some tips. Hoxley & Porter is defined as a veritable diamond characterised as much by a striking decor as its intoxicating liquors and continental fare. An exotic venue with a unique interior and influences from all over the globe, it comes well recommended for those finding themselves in the neighbourhood. Frederick's is also one of our favourites. It is a long-standing family-run restaurant which serves modern European delicacies. Book your spot in their hidden garden. Feeling thirsty? Head to The Craft Beer Co. Islington for a delighting blonde. Even better with one of their hamburgers. Meander down Camden Passage for quirky coffee houses and boutique shops. If you fancy a leafy walk by the canals, make your way towards Graham Street. And do check out what is playing at the local theatre, the Almeida, it's one of London's best. There is also a farmers market on Chapel Market, which is on your doorstep, every SundayUpper Street (or ‘Supper Street’ as the Evening Standard have dubbed it) has a veritable smorgasbord of restaurants and bars with all types of cuisine, while the high-street shops of the N1 centre and vintage delights of Camden Passage will satisfy even the most fussy shopper.
Getting Around:
Angel Station is the nearest station to the property, just 7 minutes’ walk away. This connects you to the Northern line, meaning you can get to iconic London sites in no time at all, where you can see a never-ending selection of historic landmarks, such as the Tower of London, London Dungeons, and the Tower Bridge Experience. There are also several modern art galleries, a fashion and textile museum, and theatres and cinemas... Exploring London could hardly be easier. You are also at an only 12-minute distance from Farringdon train station, which also connects you to Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines, plus the Thameslink train service. Getting to Heathrow from here is super easy: hop on the tube to Paddington - it's only 6 stops away - and then catch a Thameslink train to the airport. It's less than an an-hour journey.
