This house features three comfortable bedrooms accommodating 6 guests in total. Two bedrooms are situated on the first floor and one on the ground floor for easy access.
The master bedroom and the second bedroom each boast a luxurious king-size bed, while the third bedroom offers a cosy queen-size bed. Both beds are fitted with hotel-quality linen, ensuring a great night's sleep! The bathroom has sleek white tiles and features a bathtub with a wall-mounted shower, offering different bathing options.
The living area is a welcoming space with large windows ensuring lots of natural light. There are two comfortable three-seater sofas next to a TV, with a large abstract painting adding an artistic touch to the room. Behind the sofas is a mid-century-style wooden dining table, perfect for dining 4 guests.
Across from the living room is the fully equipped kitchen. With modern appliances and plenty of cupboard space, this space is perfect for preparing meals. Enjoy your morning coffee, courtesy of our easy to use coffee machine and eco-friendly coffee pods.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
