This home in Chelsea is full of deep colours and elegant silhouettes. Cathcart Road IV’s sitting room is first up inside – just to the right of the entrance. At the near end of this taupe-painted room is a dining area, where an antique table for four stands beside a cabinet lined with glittering glassware. Beyond that, over by the bay window, there’s this home’s sitting area, with its soft-grey sofa, patchwork armchair and fireplace.

Next to the sitting room you’ll find the kitchen – small, and smartly decorated in grey and white – and opposite that is the second bedroom (which has a double bed). Then there’s the main bathroom (which has a bath with an integrated shower) and, right at the end of the hallway, the master bedroom. This room is pale-painted and classic, with a king-size bed, a vintage desk and an ensuite bathroom.:

- This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- There are a few steps up to the entrance of the building.
- There is no permanent storage space in the second bedroom so we will provide hanging rail for your storage.
- The fireplace in the sitting room is ornamental.
