I really want to like this place, but it really not for everyone. Potential customer need to manage their expectation of the place. The apartment is nice and clean. Note that it an apartment and not a hotel, so the arrange is to check in and out is not the usual to expect to a hotel. I think the duty staff are from Eastern Europe, the communication is a real issue. You need to call advance to check in as there is no check-in desk. so you need to find a way to call. I bought a local sim, The internet connection is choppy, so the local sim helps if you need to surf.
We got the basement unit, which is fine, if you don't mind the rather close up feeling , lack of light and air. Can't really open the window and blinds for privacy sake. otherwise, the environment should be cosy. The toilet taps have not marking. Careful not to be burned by hot water. You cook your own breakfast. Don't expect to cook up a storm in kitchen. The pan aren't flat so it take a while to heat up, coffee maker not working Housekeeping is confusing. I asked during check in "Is the housekeeping done daily", Twice , and both was YES, but no housekeeping. It only when I wrote a email for various inquires, and was told that housekeeping is only done on the 3rd-4th day. which ok, so long they are clear about. i just don't want my staff to be in a mess for them. Clearer information on breakfast, housekeeping, concierge service instructions would really help to improve the stay and expectation.
