Peaceful, secluded views over Wimbledon gardens towards the Tennis. Max 4 guests.

When sleep calls the bedroom features a double-size bed. All hotel-quality linen and towels are provided and there's ample storage for clothes... even if you end up shopping for more.

The bathroom is a shower enclosure, toilet and sink. Also provided are free toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel and toilet rolls)

Our property is professionally cleaned before your arrival and fitted with hotel-quality linens and towels to provide the most comfortable experience possible.


Other things to note
Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.
The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
A £100 will be applied for late checkout. Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for call-out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. Linen for the sofa bed will be provided and left next to it.
No parties will be tolerated - and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
