The living area combines tasteful interior decor with lovely finishing touches to create a beautiful place to stay. Take the weight off your feet, chill out on the sofa and make yourself at home.
In the kitchen, you’ll find all the modern appliances you need to cook a delicious meal that you can serve to friends or family sat around the dining table.
The master bedroom has a super comfortable king-size bed where the second bedroom has a cosy double bed with fresh hotel-quality linens. Mattresses were replaced in August 2021. There’s also ample storage and wardrobe space, so you can fully unpack and settle in.
You can freshen up in the two well-appointed bathrooms where you can either enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub or wake up in the morning to an energizing shower.
UPDATE DECEMBER 2023 - the carpets to both bedrooms have been replaced with wooden flooring, and both bedrooms have been repainted. The boiler was also replaced in November 2023. A leak from the upstairs balcony which affected the kitchen ceiling was also repaired in December 2023.

The Neighborhood:
With the feel of a country village, the location of a suburb and the reputation of a trendy, bohemian urban district, Stoke Newington has recently become of the most desirable place to live in London. Despite its proximity to central London, the area is not short of nature. The Abney Park Cemetery, once a nonconformist graveyard, is now a beautiful green nature reserve, full of wildlife and a perfect place for a walk, a run or some dog-spotting. Nearby, Clissold Park features a full lake and a deer enclosure. St. Mary’s Old Church is a simple yet beautiful 16th-century building that often holds events and services. If you want to shop like a local, then don’t miss a trip to Meat N16 which is a traditional butchers shop, and Little Pad is great for vintage clothes. For anyone looking for a little more adrenaline or excitement, then you can get in on the action at the West Reservoir Water Sports Centre where kayaking, canoeing and sailing, as well as open-water swimming in the summer, are all on the menu.
If you’re looking for a bite to eat or a tasty drink in the evening, then Stoke Newington will not let you down. Perilla is a great place to go to enjoy modern European cuisine, and the cuttlefish Bolognese is a particular speciality. Meanwhile, Rasa is a cheap and very cheerful Indian vegetarian restaurant where most dishes are under £5 and the menu sparkles with exciting dishes and ingredients. Any fans of Japanese cuisine should try the fried aubergine at Fuji, the areas best sushi restaurant. As for places to enjoy a drink, The Jolly Butcher on Stoke Newington High Street has perhaps the best rotating lineup of guest craft beers in the local area. Auld Shillelagh is also known as the best Irish pub outside Ireland and it is a must-visit place for any fans of Guinness. Finally, Lady Mildmay is a great gastropub with an impressive lineup of gin flavours to choose from.
Getting Around:
Numerous buses run into the City. The 73 goes to Oxford Circus via Angel, St Pancras and Euston. The 243 goes to Waterloo via Kingsland Road, Old Street, Clerkenwell, Holborn and Strand. The 76 goes to Waterloo via Old Street and the City. The 149 goes south to London Bridge via Dalston, Kingsland Road, Liverpool Street and the City. The 149 goes north to Tottenham Hotspur stadium. There are regular trains from Stoke Newington train station to Liverpool Street. There is access to the underground network using Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction station which are 10 minutes walk away.
