I cannot review this hotel as 2 days before staying here, I receive a phone call to say that my room has a leak. And that if I was happy they would move me to the premier inn Wembley at no extra cost. But I did have to do all the running around to make sure it was confirmed even to the day, as the ARK never gave me my actual confirmation email.

Loved this hotel, was central to Wembley arena. The room was like a little apartment, clean & tidy. Had facilities to cook & wash up!!! The only issue we see was the lampshade above our table was broken which had no impact on a perfect stay. Would highly recommend to anyone going out to Wembley areana/ stadium

Great for Business Trip
Parking in the hotel is convenient, the room and hotel is clean and modern, studio room had great amenities. The kind French lady at reception helped sort out an issue we had with the kitchen hob very quickly. The working space area is fantastic with good broadband, excellent value for a short business trip.

Excellent for attending an event at the ovo hydro. Has everything you need . Had hairdryer and shampoo/conditioner etc and we had a lovely stay. Staff lovely.

Lovely, however, housekeeping would knock on my door often and when I’d come to open it they would leave. It was quite annoying and disturbing. One time they opened the door and were about to come in and I loudly said ‘excuse me’ to stop them entering. I’ve worked in hotels before so probably housekeeping wasn’t informed whether the guest has checked out the room. Still, it happened on different days so I’m not sure. Either way this was the only thing that bothered me and everything else was great!

The front desk staff were not overly friendly and were either talking to each other or watching a show on their phones/ scrolling instagram and acted like we were inconveniencing them. They actually told me I did not have a reservation when I got there and took a while to find the Expedia confirmation info. We were seeing Taylor Swift at Wembley so we could have not gotten any more convenient of a location which was amazing. I would possibly advise guests this is more of a condo not a hotel when booking as the room amenities were low- only a few towels, no shampoo/ conditioner, only one bar of soap etc. The bed was very comfortable and we didnt spend much time in the room so it was perfect for a place to sleep.
