It’s a pleasure to have you stay, and while we’re live, laugh, love about most things, all guests are asked to follow Frankie’s no-nos:
• No Smoking - smoking indoors is not allowed anywhere in the apartment for Health and Safety. Please smoke outside of the apartment and dispose of any cigarettes carefully.
• No Parties – we know you’re here to have a good time but let’s be clear, strictly no parties allowed.
• No Pets – we love fur babies but sorry, no pets allowed, not even small ones.
Home Truths
• For your convenience this is a self-check in and keyless property, accessed via digital codes.
• Check-in details and access code will be emailed to you the day before arrival
• There isn’t a lift, however, your accommodation is close by on the second floor
• To stay toasty, your apartment has a centrally managed heating system
• Due to its location, the apartment doesn't have air-conditioning. Several of the windows open and if it warms up in the summer, we’re happy to provide fans, just let us know
• Maximum occupancy is 3 people
• We’re committed to ensuring your apartment is safe and sparkling clean and maintain rigorous cleaning processes across all our properties.
Guest Access:
Both building and apartment are equipped with a digital keypad. Codes and other relevant check-in instructions will be sent on the day before the guest's arrival.

Nestled in Holborn, in the heart of the bustling West End, it’s the perfect launch pad for your London adventures. Holborn is a stunning open-air neighbourhood. Take a meander around the historic piazza and market and visit any of its amazing shops (it’s got all the big brands, don’t you know?)
It’s also a fabulous place for partygoers. Whether you fancy sipping on signature cocktails or partying ‘til dawn to a live DJ set, there’s something for everyone. Plus, who doesn’t love dinner and a show? Holborn boasts over 20 top London theatres, as well as the Royal Ballet and the Royal Opera. Fancy!
For eating out, Holorn is literally your oyster. Yes, we know you have your own chic Frankie Says kitchen for rustling up meals but there’s a myriad of cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. You’ll find something to satiate every craving, from yummy street food – check out Seven Dials Market - to fine dining Michelin star restaurants, take your pick.
Sightsee and Shop ‘til you drop
Holborn has a wealth of transport links to travel around and see the rest of London. You’re within walking distance of vibrant Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus. Or hop on the nearest tube to take in popular sights, such as Buckingham Palace.
A few minutes from the River Thames, you can also cross one of London’s many bridges to the South Bank. Marvel at landmarks like Big Ben or the London Dungeon or see the whole glorious shebang from the London Eye.
And when you’re done, saunter back to the comfort of your Frankie Says play pad. Happy days.
