"This was very nice for what my spouse and I needed for our trip. It was a convenient location, great neighborhood and comfortable enough. Great for our needs and I was happy to stay there. A few things to note though - It was definitely giving off bachelor apartment vibes. Nothing matched (linens, towels, plates etc were all pieced together), there’s a large sectional couch, and everything was a bit worn down. Nothing wrong with this for our own needs, but it might be good for others to know...

"Booked months in advance! Was super excited because this was our first vacation ever and first time to London. Got the confirmation thought everything was great, we were so wrong! We traveled from the Washington State USA to London excited and ready to explore. "Communication was poor. Had to wait six hours for the apartment "

"Accommodations was not what it was supposed to be.The unit was clean there was still food in fridge and someone’s clothes still in unit plus the bed was very uncomfortable and no tv for past time. The communication with agency was not short and not very clear. The floor we stayed on smelt of smoke/weed and LOUD party starting from 9pm to 5pm the next day the music was loud which made it difficult to sleep."
