"This property is awesome. The views are different from each unit, but the one we had was beautiful. The unit was roomy, comfortable. The employees at the office are very pleasant and helpful. The parking spots are tiny, and we had hard time parking our large SUV, but other than that this place is incredible."

"Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "Great location, only 15 minute walk into the town. Property super clean, pool area fab and lots of grean space! Only minor but useful to have some baby safety, eg stair gate in apartment and something on the balcony as gap under the railings. Overall great stay!"

"It could use some updating but met all our expectations. They were very nice and accommodating. It was close to the lake with direct access. We had a few ants but they came quickly and sprayed all around the wall base and that took care of them. The kitchen had most all necessary items however there was no oven. In our apartment the parking was to small for our vehicle but they offered alternate parking close by. We went to Venice by train and Verona by car. "

"We did not realize when booking that the residence is separate from the hotel, it is really individual apartments, but when we tried to check in at he hotel they quickly realized and called the person who took us to the apartment.
