"Location is terrific, room was awesome. Long hallways are depressing and tired looking. Nobody ever picks up the phone line and everything is so it yourself. Only 2 towels for 2 ppl in the room. Cannot find housekeeping. Morning attendant was strange and rude. We asked for towels, never got them. "
