"Unfortunately it was not disclosed that the pool is unavailable in shoulder seasons as well as winter. I chose the hotel for the Jacuzzi which was unavailable. The sauna is available but security have to turn it on and you come back after 15 minutes. The website says they have massage service available. nope. I did like that it was quiet on the upper floors. It was difficult to find when I got there near 11pm but people pointed me in the right direction. The reception is on the first floor...
