Clean RV on a small farm. Great views of Colorado National Monument and the Bookcliff Mountains. Great for 2 adults and 1 or 2 small children. You can come and relax away from it all or choose to make your time here a farmhand working vacation. It is a very quiet and peaceful place.

A beautiful quiet farm property with unmatched hospitality! Close enough to just about everything but far enough from the city to feel quiet and cozy. I will absolutely be staying with them again!

Perfect country getaway!
If you’re looking for something wholesome and peaceful, this is the spot for you! Ability to feed horses, and just have them right next to your RV during the whole trip, and they’re very friendly. Larissa went out of her way to make sure we were incredible comfortable and satisfied, while also ensuring our privacy. She can either be there for you to tour the farm and her personal bee hives, which I found incredibly cool, or she’ll totally let you enjoy your time to yourselves. So kind and caring, and in a beautiful location. I can’t wait to come back. Very romantic for couples 😉

Great property manager!
We were not able to stay at the property that was listed online due to the property owner being in the hospital but the property manager made sure we were taken care of by making a reservation for us at a local hotel and we were not charged for the hotel stay.
