"This is a very basic property in a working class neighborhood. It was very quiet and clean and the basic required amenities were all present. It is not like a standard hotel but worked fine for us, especially given the price point. Staff were always helpful."

"This charming hotel in the quiet, leafy neighborhood of Palmero had an excellent staff. Gabriel and Daniel were super helpful with tips and advice. Our superior room with private bath was off the courtyard, so was very quiet (I think the cheaper ones facing the street may be a bit noisier), & had very comfortable bed. "I strongIy recommend you avoid this place! I had a very bad experience here. I knew the desk closed early 9 pm according to what i received from orbitz), so I emailed to tell them I would be arriving late. didn't hear back but assumed it would be okay (my first mistake).
