Villa situated close to the town of Loja, in the region of Loja, province of Granada, Andalucia.

This picturesque holiday villa finds itself under a vegetation cover, and in spite of being completely underground, is characterised by bright and colourful rooms. Its 180 m2 comprise three bedrooms, two with a double bed each, and one with two bunk beds, one of which right on the top of a rock. Moreover, the villa features one bathroom with ground caved bathtub, a dining-living room with fireplace, a thoroughly equipped independent kitchen and a sauna/steam bath for up to four people. The home is provided with air-con and heating in the bedrooms.

The outdoor area’s 1000 m2 are full of gardens with gorgeous fountains and crystal-clear ponds, a glazed barbecue area with a complete kitchen and a living room, a welcoming Jacuzzi, a solarium and a wonderful private swimming pool, where you can relax while enjoying the marvellous views of the surrounding mountains.

The access to the house, which also provides its guests with private parking, is completely paved and shared among the neighbours. Only the last 30 metres are of a completely-levelled dirt track.


This villa is located in the foothill of the Sierra de Loja, next to the Nacimiento de Las Pasaderas, 45 minutes far from the sea and the nearest ski station. Hiking, cycling, bird watching, mountain climbing, paragliding, canoeing, cultural routes and tennis are just some of the activities offered in the surrounding area.

Always my pleasure
We were in this house for the second time. Very beautifully and variedly designed, both the outside and the inside. The contact with the landlord is excellent; if you have any questions or problems, he is happy to help quickly. Various cats, chickens and peacocks run around freely on the grounds. Almost like a farm holiday :-). It certainly won't be the last time we visit this house.

Traumhaftes paradiesisches Anwesen
Wir können uns nur den bisherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Es handelt sich um ein traumhaftes, paradiesisches Anwesen. Die Beschreibung der Inhalte der Rezensionen treffen vollumfänglich zu. Für alle, die die Ruhe genießen wollen und keinen größeren Wert auf Party und Abwechselung legen, ist dieses Anwesen genau das Richtige. Das Anwesen liegt inmitten von Olivenhainen (die nächsten Anwesen liegen 200 m entfernt, haben dort aber nie irgendwelche Leute gesehen). Es besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit, innerhalb weniger Minuten die Innenstadt/ Altstadt Lojas, die Einkaufsmärkte usw. mit dem Auto zu erreichen ( z. B. Lidl-Einkaufsmarkt 5 Min. entfernt). Man kann das Anwesen eigentlich nicht ausreichend mit Worten beschreiben, man muss es einfach gesehen haben. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Nochmals vielen Dank an den Besitzer, Jose. Er ist sehr bemüht, freundlich und jederzeit sofort zur Stelle, wenn man ein Problem hat. Hoffen, dass wir uns bald wieder sehen.

Sehr schönes Haus, mit vielen Details eingerichtet. Auch der Garten mit den Whirlpool ist wundervoll angelegt. Nur auf die Stacheln der Kakteen muss man aufpassen.
