The team at the deck (entry to the sea) were helpful. The team all appeared to really care about the experience we had, which was unique and refreshing!! "We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Regina Elena! Staff were amazing, so friendly, and spoke very good English. They helped us book excursions, gave us recommendations for restaurants and beaches, and were always there to help. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, very European, and the coffee was amazing. Hotel room was very clean and never heard any noise at night (the Euro Cup was on in the streets and we didn't hear a peep even though we were facing the street). Shout out to Carlotta for being so friendly, helpful, and informative. I love they they message you on What's App. Area of the hotel is basically in the downtown, so it is very easy to walk to lots of restaurants without having to worry about a taxi or bus. Would stay here again!"
