"Arabella hotel is a unique hotel that impressed our family. Warm welcome from the reception as if you were greeted by your friends that respect you and want to look after you. We were offered as treat warm nuts in a paper bag that added on our Christmas mood upon arrival on Christmas Eve. "Good location with reasonable walk to old town and easy public transport, approx 10min to the train station and airport bus stops. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, hot water, good breakfast choices. I would not bother with a balcony unless travelling in the summer, the view is limited. Took our own kettle but drinks are available in reception. "

"We had a great time staying at Trend Salzburg. We were able to check in very early because we took an early train overnight and arrived early. We were very impressed that we could check in and have a shower and freshen up before we started the day. Staff were very friendly."

"The property and rooms were really nice and comfortable. Location is also beautiful. Strangely, we were not able to find any staff on Sunday for the entire day. It just felt a bit remote and abandoned during our stay (mid-December). I would also recommend arriving by car. Buses only arrive to the location every hour or so. "
