Vuonna 2007 rakennettu viehättävä ja hyvin varusteltu loma-asunto kauniilla paikalla maalaismaisemassa sopii ympärivuotiseen käyttöön.

Loma-asunto on laadukkaasti rakennettu ja sieltä löytyy kaikki mukavuudet.

Villa Holkerissa on 2 makuuhuonetta, iso olohuone sekä tupakeittiö. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on etätyöpiste ja 80x200 cm kokoinen vuode. 4G-yhteyden ansiosta etätyön tekeminenkin hoituu sujuvasti.
Suuremmasta päämakuuhuoneesta löytyy täysmittainen parisänky.

Tilava sauna takkahuoneineen on sijoitettu erilleen asuintiloista. Sauna- ja asuintilojen välissä on tilava katettu terassi, jossa on mukava löylyjen välissä vilvoitella.

Myös lemmikit (maksimissaan 3 lemmikkiä) ovat tervetulleita tähän loma-asuntoon ilman lisämaksua.

Karkkilasta, jonne on matkaa vajaat 20 km löytyy Aki Kaurismäen Kino Laika, johon kannattaa ehdottomasti poiketa.
