"We accidentally booked room without private bathroom, phoned up to change that and the lady on the other end of the phone was so rude we almost cancelled, should have as it happened. "This place is located besides the Basilica in the old part of town. It is old but very clean. The room I had was a bit small but adequate for one person. "A nice hotel, was a monastery. Grounds very pleasant. Rooms very comfy. After a long drive i found the bar ,not working, but the reception did get me a very nice beer. Which we drank in the garden. The restaurant was also not working. But a 10 minute walk we found a real nice restaurant serving local food. In all there must have been a reason for the not working, which shouldn't take any thing away from a very nice hotel, would stay again. ."
