Magnificent, spacious and recently renovated Duplex with 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms located in the best area of ??the center of the capital Riojana, there will be no distances on your visits to the city.

The situation is fantastic since it is in the commercial and cultural zone; two minutes from the famous Calle Laurel where you can enjoy the typical gastronomy without suffering the noise and discomfort that occur there.

You will not have to worry about parking because we have a garage for you.

Our apartment has 140 m renovated with first quality materials. It consists of 4 spacious rooms, three of which are double with latex mattresses and the other with three three single beds of 105cm and an extra bed if necessary for any other stay. We have two modern full bathrooms with rain showers in both. The kitchen-dining room is fully equipped (dolce gusto capsule coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, juicer and all kinds of utensils) and a spacious living room (two sofas, extendable table, air conditioning, flat Tv, games, lamp Reading ...). Heating in all rooms. Two terrace-balcony.

It will make you feel at home and with all the comforts at your fingertips.

The duplex has a private garage space that will facilitate your movements. Also in the area there is a private parking and it has an exit at the same entrance door to the portal of the farm.

If you need a garage for more than one car, you can park in the public parking that makes up our entire street; The Gran Vía and with exit from the parking directly to the portal of the house.

We like customer relationships to be fast and effective. We have absolute availability for queries, questions or advice about Logroño and La Rioja in general.

The apartment is located on the main street of Logroño, from which you have access to a few meters from cultural landmarks such as: Teatro Bretón, La Gota de Leche Cultural Center, Tourism Office, La Rioja Museum, Library, Redonda Cathedral and the Old Town of Logroño.

At the same time, they can enjoy its renowned gastronomic variety of its popular Laurel Streets, San Juan and numerous restaurants a few meters away.

If you want to have contact with nature, the Ebro Park and La Grajera are a good option.
