"My stay was brief but pleasant. The town is quiet and very pretty. Be sure to get your key access code before you arrive in Millmont, because cellular data is spotty once you arrive. I had not received the code before I arrived, and had to drive out of town to find a few bars on my cell phone in order to contact the owner. Cottage is pleasant but quite small, especially the bathroom. AC and WiFi worked well. I wish they had raked the lawn before I arrived, because there were grass clippings all...

This was close and convenient, but provided the unexpected benefit of giving the disorganized branch of the family a landing spot for visiting, prepping and catching up before and after the reunion. "All the previous 5 star reviews have said it all. Clean, well appointed, wonderful communication and on and on. During our stay (mid-June) it was unseasonably hot, mid-90s every day. The cabin had window AC units in every bedroom, plus two in the downstairs and they worked beautifully. We were so comfortable and grateful for the ability to cool the home despite the extreme heat. "Wish we could have stayed longer! Simple, modern and very well thought out cabin in the forest. We loved waking up to the forest view, seeing and hearing all the wildlife, grilling dinner on the deck while listening to all the classic record albums, and the song of the whippoorwill who visited us every evening.
