Rose Ridge - 8BR/5.5BA Luxury Log Cabin on 25 Acres - Walk to Old Man's Cave!

Rose Ridge was built at the end of 2019 and is located on 25 wooded acres within walking distance of Old Man's Cave. The cabin has 8 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms. The well equipped kitchen has a table for everyone to eat together and prepare meals. There are also tables on the deck to enjoy a meal or visit with friends and family in a peaceful wooded setting. Rose Ridge features 2 wood burning fireplaces. One is inside surrounded by cozy furniture and a 60" tv. The other fireplace is outside on the deck. There is plenty of space to gather together or enjoy your privacy. There are many activities for all ages including tvs with Directv and dvd players, a variety of dvds, a pool table, board games, fire pit, and a corn hole game. We try to make it cozy so you'll feel like home. We also own Vrbo 1883965, 1938288, 2702910, 2963411 & 3060533 (Property certificate #00358) The base rate includes 12 guests and each additional person is $25/night.

We have hosted our women’s retreat for our church at this property for two years now and it is an incredible home. It had everything you need and the location is great. The back porch is so peaceful for coffee in the mornings!

Beautiful Lodge in a Serene Setting
We had a church leadership retreat here and the accommodations were great. We loved the outdoor fireplace on the back deck and the natural beauty that surrounded us there. The lodge was clean and comfortable. We had a couple of minor issues with the coffee maker and a bathtub drain but they quickly resolved both within a couple of hours. Great place to stay in Hocking Hills!

Excellent property! Very clean. Plenty of room for our extended family to spread out and relax. The kids loved the pool table, hot tub, arcade machine, and big screen tv in the lower level. Large kitchen with island and the kitchen table was great for family meals. Also walking distance to Old Man’s Cave trail. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a blast during our stay in this cabin, it met all of our needs. The water pressure tends to drop significantly when multiple showers/sinks were going at the same time, but that seems to be pretty standard in this area. The checkout process/requests were very reasonable, and Julie was incredibly helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Hocking Hills Family Trip
The cabin is great however a couple of items that we feel need to be addressed: The seating on the upstairs deck desperately need new cushions. This is a great area to gather and socialize however the poor seat cushions do not allow anyone to sit for very long. Also possibly consider adding a tv over the outdoor fireplace on the upper level. Lawn care needs to get taken care of on a weekday or non- rental day. We were VERY disappointed that the lawn care company showed up on our only Sunday and were there for over an hour during lunch time!. If this were to happen again we WILL look for a new location. Also, the dumpster is a bit too far away if the rental agreement is going to mandate that the renters are responsible for taking the trash to the dumpster. Fortunately for us we had family members with a truck and was able to drive it down.

Lodge is very nice; lots of room to spread out. Great 360 degree deck with lawn and woods view. Only negative: internet connectivity / streaming is poor to none at all. Very close to Old Man’s Cave.

We LOVED the wrap around porch and all the different areas to hangout! Our age group varied from a 1 year old to a 93 year old. It was nice to be able to split up into smaller groups at times...but gather as a large group to eat together! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms too! Highly recommend this cabin and would love to stay here again!

This house was perfect for the eight adults that stay there for a business summit. The only drawbacks were that the Internet was very intermittent and slow and the smell of sewage in the backyard was very prominent.

This place was awesome! We had 10 adults over 65 and it was perfect. The driveway in was a bit dicey for a couple but it was fine if you went slow. The home was wonderful and just as pictured. The covered wrap around porch was fabulous. The bedrooms are small but the gathering spaces are excellent and perfect for family times . Lots of places to gather and to get away. Recommend highly.
