Summary:
This well-appointed condo is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful oasis in the heart of Logan. It is conveniently close to Utah State University, the Logan LDS Temple, and tons of outdoor recreation including ski resorts, hiking trails, rivers, parks and shopping.

4 miles to Logan Canyon
30 miles to Beaver Mountain Ski Resort
60 miles to Bear Lake
80 miles to the Salt Lake City airport.

Our Rental Book provides recommendations for tons of nearby restaurants and more things to do in the area.

The Space:
The fully-furnished kitchen makes any meal prep a breeze and provides seating for 6 at the kitchen table.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire place to themselves, including a private patio.
Self check-in is very easy using a code at the front door. Owners are always available by phone or text for questions or any needs that arise.

Getting Around:
There is parking at the property. If you choose, there is free public bus transportation, and also many bike routes around the city and up in the nearby mountains.

Other Things to Note:
If available, late and early check in is accommodated with a $30/hour fee. Please contact us first to make us aware.

New, very clean. Stayed a week on business. nuch nicer than a hotel. Enjoyed the sunsets on the deck. I was impressed with how organized the property was. Extra towels, some basic seasoning in the kitchen. Even had some tea I could make. Several nice little touches.

The owners are on it! Excellent communication! And their place is extremely clean and orderly. It was an awesome place to stay. Maybe a little on the opposite side of town from university events, but we didn’t mind it at all since never dealt with traffic and it was quiet. 5-10 min drives.

Property was awesome. In a great and quiet location but assessable to great restaurants and stores. . Very clean and function. Stayed here to prepare and attend wedding. Came a day earlier than planned and stayed a day longer. Shane was very responsive and accommodating to these changes. Had a great and memorable experience.

The Perfect Location
We decided to vacation in northern Utah. We snowmobiled at Beaver Creek and tubed and skied at Cherry Peak! NO crowds whatsoever! Staying in Logan was perfect. Lots of stores and restaurants! And the perfect, clean, convenient condo! We would do this trip again, given the opportunity! I highly recommend!!

Fantastic Condo w/ a prime location
When I booked the place I only looked at the price and the place meet our min requirement (2 bed(had 3)/2 bath). It far exceeded our expectation. The location was near everything you’d need (fast food, restaurants and a Walmart). The place was super clean and spacious. A bargain for the price. My wife and I split it with another couple and everyone was happy. The owner check in through email to make sure everything was working out for us and asked if there was anything they could improve, and there wasn’t. If I ever go back to Logan I know where I am staying, if available.

The 3 bedroom condo was extremely clean! Everything that was told to us was proper...except, that a second floor was never mentioned.. Two 80 yr olds had difficulty navigating 16 steps!!!

This property was perfect for our girls weekend while we attended the Vintage Market in Logan. It was fine for us but there is a decent flight of stairs that you go up to when you walk in the front door. Just as a heads up for those who have a hard time with a lot of luggage going up stairs. The apartment was great though and had what we needed. We especially loved that we could walk to Roolee (super cute women's clothes store). We definitely will stay again.

A beautiful, brand new “townhouse”. So clean and convenient! All the amenities!
It was lovely, clean, with a nice view of the mountains. A little difficult to find as very new area, but we did it! It is an upstairs setting, 16 stairs, so that might be mentioned for elderly or disabled. Would go back in a heartbeat!

It's a beautiful apartment that is brand new and spotlessly clean. It's well appointed with all the amenities. The beds were comfortable with memory foam mattress and pillows. The sheets were nothing special but the towels were lush. The master has a nice walk in closet and I had plenty of room for my stuff. The location is nothing beautiful but convenient for any activity in Logan. The owner, Shane, is very nice and helpful. My only suggestion to him is to rely less on the form emails and to be more responsive to interim emails and questions. Still, he is a very nice man who wants his guests to be happy and well taken care of. I highly recommend this apartment.
