Have fun with friends/family at this new place. It’s a top floor condo with great mountains views! Built in 2021. Near Logan Canyon and Providence Canyon where, depending on the season, you can enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, etc.
Also located within 10 mins from Utah State University, 35 mins from Crystal Hot Springs, 45
mins from Beaver Mountain Ski Area, 1 hour from Bear Lake, 80 mins from Salt Lake City, and 90 mins from Lava Hot Springs!
The space
Single parking space available in designated driveway. Parking is strict and may result in your car being towed if your car is parked against HOA rules. Two flights of outdoor stairs takes you to the top floor. Has vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan with living room, dining room, and kitchen all in one area. Small patio attached to condo and shared seating area available in the hallway of the condominium building on the 3rd floor.
Guest access
Garage storage for an electric car (EV charging) and/or sporting equipment (skis, bikes, etc) may be available upon request. A single person kayak is available for use (275lb limit). Use at your own risk. Laundry room will be available for registered guests. Please be reasonable with amount/size of laundry loads and treat the machines with care and consideration. We ask that you avoid exposing our laundry machines to large amounts of sand/dirt by rinsing off laundry in bathroom bathtub or sink prior to washing. Grill is available in the garage. Please follow specific instructions for use. Thank you!
Other things to note
Please take caution with icy driveways and stairwells. Our building’s driveways are poorly lit.

The host was amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable. The location was great for us, as we did a lot of things with my daughter who was only 5 minutes away. I can't say enough good about the hosts, they really went above and beyond!

Everything about this property met or exceeded expectations. The host was prompt in responding to my booking messages and supplied all the necessary check in information well before my arrival date.
