"Schöne kleine Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse, jedoch nicht direkt am See sondern leicht erhöht auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut und problemlos."

"Amazing view from the dining room, balcony, master bedroom, kitchen and terrace! Gerra beach / Lido is a hidden gem. Worth knowing that the pool is unseated (or cold) at 19 degrees centigrade. Construction site next door was happily not active. Some areas of garden are not child friendly as very steep drop. That all said a a great location and great views. "

"There are about 25 apartments in Colina Verde B - ours was closest to the pool and there was almost nobody else there - the pool was essentially our private pool. Nice clean place, beautiful setting, 7 minutes to the waterfront by car. Ascona is a lovely little place with a lively waterfront scene. All in all, ne of the best spots we have ever rented. "

"The absolute WORST stay I've had in years of traveling! The apartment is right above a bar where they play loud music with heavy beat every evening. On one evening the loud beat was so unbearable that we had to go downstairs and ask them to lower the volume, which they did a bit. At 11 pm we went to bed hoping that the music will stop soon, but the people in the bar turned the volume all the way up again. We called the police and asked if they can do anything. "Wir haben die FeWo mit den beiden extra großen Balkonen genossen. War sehr heiß - der Pool hat geholfen. Am Pool waren Wespen und Bienen, die sich aber nur für das Wasser interessiert haben. Es gab genug Liegen und Parkplätze. Alle waren entspannt und es war sehr ruhig. Auch den Kindern hat's gefallen."

"Uns hat es in diesem Haus sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Alles ist sehr Sauber und Ordentlich. Das Essen auf der Terasse ist ein Genuss. Es hat eine neue Küche mit super Aussicht auf den See. Mit den Kindern kann man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto sehr gut in Cannobio an den Öffentlichen Strand. Einzig die Auffahrt ist wirklich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber das gehört einfach dazu. Und man hat einen grossen schönen Parkplatz. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir bedanken uns...

"Great place to stay. It was clean and all that was promised in the listing. The location was amazing as it is basically on the side of the mountain it this cute village area. Be sure to make certain the road access from Airlo is open! Google maps will take you up to a snow closed road in the winter. Turning around on this narrow road at night is sketchy. I did get a what’s app message, but it was too late as I already drive up the wrong way. I do appreciate the effort to let me know. ...

"Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was excellent. It was also very handy having the option to reserve your bakery order for pickup each morning along with take out pizzas. Very comfortable 3 nights and the town of Ascona was lovely"
