Ingram bay Marina was an excellent half way point directly on the bay with phenomenal sunrises & sunsets (a key component in a place to stay). "The property is exceptionally clean and well stocked. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We had to reschedule our booking due to a tropical storm and the hosts were more than accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway. Overall I would rate the entire experience as a solid 10. "

"This place is truly an oasis in a beautiful part of the world. The furnishings and kitchen are contemporary and beautifully chosen. The view of the Rappahannock River is magnificent and there's even an osprey nest with ospreys that use it. The bathroom is gorgeous too. The hosts are welcoming and you are greeted with wine, cheese and crackers. I wish we lived closer so that we could stay there more often. Nearby Urbanna is also a great place to eat, take a boat ride, and enjoy the quaint town. "

"I was absolutely pleasantly surprised how beautiful this home was. A lot of antique pieces was a thrill for me to see, and the dining room table...whew! It was such a lovely piece! We had plenty of room so we didn't feel cramped. The bed upstairs was definitely more comfortable than my own at home. We definitely didn't want to leave, and hooe to be back!"
