Short stay for F1
Nice place and good location to stay for F1 race at COTA. Everything as described. Owner went out of his way to deliver us a toaster. Communication was great and entry into the house was easy and very convenient. Would stay here again.

Weekend River Trip
We chose this property because of the price and location. We were in town to float the San Marcos river and wanted to stay somewhere nice, relaxing, & not far from the river. This property was perfect for our group & in a very nice area!

TXST graduation weekend
Great weekend spent at TXST graduation! Location was close enough to get to/from campus and 15 min from our students off campus residence. Great open floor plan and was much more comfortable than a hotel. Sad we just discovered it after graduation :)

The house was great. The kitchen is large, with a large island. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and had plenty of towels and blankets etc We really appreciated the fully fenced in yard for the dogs. We had out of town family over on Saturday, and sat outside on the large, covered patio to visit! Our only issue was that there was no storage containers, tin foil or zip top bags. Other than that, the kitchen had plenty of glasses, plates, utensils, and pans. We enjoyed our visit, and the ease of finding pur way around Lockhart.

Quiet charm
Great property! Well appointed and very spacious. Fabulous living area and kitchen, great master bedroom and ensuite. Huge backyard, garage and all necessary conveniences set in a quiet residential neighborhood on the edge of town. Chad was a great host. We'll be back!

Great house close to town square
This house was super comfortable and nice. Nice quiet neighborhood within a few miles of the town square, numerous BBQ joints and the city park. Owner of the property was nice and helpful. We didn't have any issues but got a greeting and farewell text. I had one question that they answered correctly. Well definitely rebook again.

Relaxing river trip
We booked this house to stay in for a float on the San Marcos river. We were very happy with the accommodation. The house is clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and it was a really nice place to relax and play games with friends.
