"Great location to walk to downtown and of course Rainey street. Gorgeous views from the condo and enjoyed the sunset from rooftop pool. Very comfortable stay. Great value for money! Only comment on improvement is to have some more basics in the condo, like a saucepan and pan, teas, lotion, etc.. Note also that no blackout blinds so bring an eye mask. Would def return! "

"We selected this stay because we could walk to Gruene Hall. We purchased tix to see Lyle Lovett many months ago and were somewhat concerned about weather. Never dreamed it would be sunshine and 80 degrees! This location was great! We didn’t have to worry about parking which was perfect since everybody in Texas came to Gruene this weekend! The space was as described, clean, no issues at all. Thank you!"

"We enjoyed staying at the property, which is located on a quiet street very close downtown Austin. The condo development is only three stories, which we liked. The neighbors are very nice and everything from the parking to the trash receptacles is set up conveniently. The property was clean with plenty of amenities for a short or long stay. The only thing I would change is upgrading the furniture (all of the chairs were broken with the arms taped on), including higher quality sheets/towels, and...

"The unit was perfect for me to attend a conference at the Austin Convention Center. It looks like the pictures: large kitchen, living room and dining all in one. Two bedrooms that were both good sized and both had great bathrooms. One with a huge shower and one with a large tub/shower combo. It is in an area that is being revitalized and that means some new, cool restaurants and bars, and a large food truck area really close on Rainey Street. It is a bit of a walk to the Convention Center, but...

"We were here for a conference downtown and this was the perfect place for us! Location was amazing…super close to everything great in Austin. The place was super clean and had everything you could need. You can tell a lot of thought went in to making this feel like a home away from home. "
