"Upon check in at this property, there were signs of a cockroach infestation and a live cockroach was seen in the kitchen. The apartment also was not clean. I chose not to stay at the property due to concerns over safety and cleanliness and the "owner" Jasmine only refunded a portion of the rental fee. Thaddeus, the owner, is an amazing host and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He keeps the property clean and in pristine condition at all times. "This is tough. I don’t want to give a bad review because the host Tawney was very sweet and very accommodating. The room was spacious and the tv worked, but the make shift wiring was a bit scary, and it could have been cleaner. For the cost it was about what you would expect."
