"This a perfect place for a quiet weekend. It is very private and has everything we need. And the decor is very tasteful. It was unfortunate the local Tavern was closed both evenings due to functions , but we will definitely nook again ."

"Such a lovely place. Very clean and tidy. So close to all amenities, shops and the beach. We had a great time and 4 little boys who enjoyed playing hide and seek throughout the whole place. They said it was perfect for it. Allison was an amazing host. Thanks again for the hospitality. "

"We had a wonderful 3 night stay, there was a family of 4 and family of 3, with 4 kids between 10 and 13 years old. Great value for money and enough space. Location is great! No wifi but the hotspots worked just fine. We took air fryers with us to make cooking super easy! "

"Our host, Kim, was incredible! Excellent communication and so welcoming and friendly. The place is STUNNING! Clean, easy access and everything we hoped for. The kids loved the interior design and layout of the property. Location was excellent. 30 minutes to Cowes/Phillip Island and 10 minutes from Grantville. Kongwak markets was an easy half hour drive as well. Can't rate this stay higher. Thank you Kim for an amazing birthday getaway for my girls."

"Comfortable and cosy house to relax in and lovely to be able to bring our dogs. They loved the large alfresco backyard area, but being able to sleep inside if cold. It is close to the shops and ocean and had everything we could need. Inverloch itself is charming and friendly and very quiet off-season."

"We stayed here 3yrs ago. Place exactly the same clean and tidy condition. Well furnished and kitchen well appointed. 2 comfortable living areas, and 2 outdoor settings. Easy access from back gate to beach only a short walk. Well fenced. Will definitely recommend and stay again."

"we had a great time here with our three kids and dog. The house was really well set up and good for all ages and for our dog too. One of the highlights was exploring the local sand dunes and the beach, which is all soooo close to the property. the main bed was very comfortable and the whole parent's retreat area was a bonus."

"This was one of the best resort we have stay. The view was amazing. Facing the sea, we could see the sea during the day time and fantastic view during sunset. The resort was near to Philip Island, Inverloch and other beautiful suburbs around it. We have a blast driving around the area and were enjoying the beaches in the surrounding area. The restaurant served breakfast that need to book a day before to get a discount. The resort also has an indoor and outdoor swimming pools. A gym, bar...
