You will be staying in a 2-room house that spans 68 square meters over 2 levels, with a south-east facing position. The spacious and bright interior features practical and cozy furnishings, including a large living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only). This room leads to the garden and terrace, which also has a south-facing position. The large kitchen/living room is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio) extra. This room also provides access to the terrace and has a south-east facing position. The house has underfloor heating throughout.
On the upper floor, you'll find an open room with 2 pull-out beds (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm) and a fan. There is also a room with a double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), a TV with international channels, and a flat screen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/WC and a double hand-basin, and also features underfloor heating.
