Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung. Warum gibt es für vier Personen nur drei Stühle auf der Terrasse, nur drei Kaffeetassen und nur drei Teegläser? Sehr schade und absolut unverständlich.

Wir waren zum vierten Mal in dieser Wohnanlage. Die Wohnungen sind tipptopp und sehr zu empfehlen. Hinsichtlich des Preis- Leistungsverhältnisses halten wir eine obere Preisgrenze für erreicht. Die Übergabe per Schlüsselbox ist eine Verbesserung, da es eine flexible Ankunft ermöglicht. Für eine ökologische Nutzung der Kücheneinrichtungen war für eine vierköpfige Familie das Geschirr etwas knapp.

Gut gelegene Wohnung
Die Anfahrt ist ideal. Die Einstellhalle ist ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, vor allem am Morgen bis um 8h00 (da Schule in sehr naher Umgebung) und ebefalls ab 16h00. Zu Fuss ist das Zentrum und der See in 10 Min. erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gehobener Standard mit einem sehr schönen Salon mit Essecke und einem sehr grosszügigen Balkon. Die Schlafzimmer sind angemessen gross mit viel Stauraum in den Einbauschränken. Ebenfalls erwähnendswert sind die beiden Bäder.

schöner Aufenthalt
Wir verbrachten eine Woche in dieser schönen Wohnung und haben es genossen. Auch ohne Auto ist die Wohnung sehr gut gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öV in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch ins Zentrum nach Locarno dauert es zu Fuss ca. 10 Min. Etwas suboptimal waren die folgenden Sachen: unklar / keine Info, wo Karton, Glas, Aluminium zu entsorgen ist. 2 Tabs für die Abwaschmaschine für eine Woche reichen nicht, auch WC Papier mussten wir zusätzlich selber kaufen.

Eine Wohnung zum bleiben
Die moderne, gepflegte, helle Wohnung ist aussergewöhnlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier und doch nahe zum Fluss Maggia, zur Altstadt und zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Sie hält, was Text und Fotos versprechen. Alle Kontaktpersonen von Interhome sind äusserst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich wäre am liebsten gar nicht mehr ausgezogen. Ganz sicher komme ich wieder.

Schöne, großzügige Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt günstig, fußläufig ist die Altstadt in ca. 10 Min. zu erreichen. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist großzügig, die Schlafzimmer ausreichend groß. Alles ist durch bodentiefe Fenster sehr hell. Leider haben Ende September teilweise Geschirr und Besteck gefehlt, auch auf dem Balkon wäre ein 4. Stuhl schön gewesen. Schön war der Lift und der Tiefgaragenplatz.

Bereits zum zweiten Mal überzeugt!
Grosszügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung. Zentral und ruhig gelegen. Tiefgarage, direkter Aufgang mit Aufzug auf Wohnungsetage. Allerdings bei Wohnungsübernahme bereits ein paar Mängel feststellen müssen, die aufgrund der kontinuierlichen Belegung wohl nicht behoben werden konnten. Ein Mangel lag allerdings bereits im Vorjahr vor……. Im Grossen und Ganzen gibt es aber nichts zu bemängeln.

Schöne Ferien in Locarno
Die Wohnung war sehr gross, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage im Wohnquartier, ausser Schule direkt nebenan, daher ein bisschen Pausenlärm. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Alles hat unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Waschturm in der Wohnung war super, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage sehr angenehm. Zu Fuss ca. 5 Min. bis Migros, ca. 10 Min. bis Zentrum oder zum See. Perfekte Lage. Die Wohnung war unser sehr schönes Zuhause während 5 Wochen.

Vacances sous la neige
Très bel appartement de vacances bien équipé et situé. Seul problème pour nous était le store cassé dans la chambre de notre bébé. Nous avon réserve exprès cet appartement pour avoir une chambre supplémentaire pour notre petit de 10 mois. Nous avons été très très embêtée pour la sieste du matin et de l'après-midi car il faisait jour dans la chambre. Nous aimerions réserver un appartement plus grand cet été et nous ne sommes pas contre un petit rabais pour le désagrément.

Exclusive Wohnung
Wohnung und Lage Top. Sauberkeit leider nicht gut, mussten zuerst mal gründlich reinigen, vor allem Badzimmer. In den Badzimmer keine Abfalleimer, ein muss. In der Küche wäre eine Mikrowelle sehr geeignet. Für ein Luxus Apartment wie diese sollte professionelle Endreinigung sein.
