"As a frequent visitor to Christchurch I automatically rent this lovely French inspired cottage. It is always clean and comfortable. The beds guarantee a great night’s sleep in a quiet location. The kitchen is well equipped with some welcome basic supplies. Richmond is well located for access to much of Christchurch. The house is five minutes walk from a supermarket and food outlets. Danielle’s communication is prompt and helpful."

"Beautiful home had everything we needed and more! Plenty of entertainment The kids loved the game room and spa. Beds were comfortable would definitely stay again. Was perfect for our little getaway "

"Great property with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and lots of storage.Good kitchen and dining with nice outdoor table. Room for 4 to 5 cars in off street parking. Very private site, but a bit tricky to get to since it's on a busy street with no right turn into driveway, so we had to go past and turn around. Good communication with host."

"A fantastic option for anyone looking to explore the city. It’s within easy walking distance to the city center, making sightseeing and dining a breeze. The facilities were excellent, with everything well-maintained and clean. The area itself is quiet, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. However, parking was a bit challenging, especially during busier hours, and the lack of air conditioning upstairs made the bedroom quite warm at night. "

"Great house for a group - fitted 6 adults easily, walking distance to city"

"Booked here for the Christchurch marathon. Super handy being right in town. Only thing to be aware of is it’s entirely on-street parking. Not sure if that was mentioned in the correspondence and not a deal breaker by any means, we just drove around for ages looking for the entrance 😄. It’s a lovely place to stay and a clearly loved home."
