"Mario wasn’t available, left a friend in charge who spoke very little English. The listing said English was spoken. The smart TV wasn’t very smart. The wifi was so weak that Netflix couldn’t load on the smart tv. The wifi listing didn’t always show up on my phone. Made it very difficult to plan outings when you had to stand in the kitchen area to get a strong enough signal to search anything. There was no washer as per the listing said. "Great place. All the amenities you need for a week stay with family. Not to far from tram line, would recommend car hire as it’s about 30-40mins from Berlin city, closest shops are about 30 mins walk away. No air con, house is made of wood so does get hot in the day, got the pool to cool off tho so it was fine."

"Der Bungalow liegt in einer ruhigen Randlage und ist liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr beeindruckend, was auf so kleinem Raum an Komfort möglich ist. Absolute Highlights waren die gemütliche und überdachte Veranda, die Sauna und der Kamin. Zusammen mit der wunderschönen Natur in der Schorfheide findet man hier alle Voraussetzungen für eine gute Erholung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war top, sehr entspannt und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder. "

Insgesamt könnte das Haus und der Garten etwas sauberer und gepflegter sein. Die Matratzen,Bettwäsche und das Sofa waren schmutzig und voll mit Haaren von Hund und Mensch. Dafür ist der Übernachtungspreis zu hoch."

"Sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Holzhaus, in dem wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Geschmackvolle Design-Möbel und Deko. Alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Neben den zwei Doppelbetten gibt es ein Schlafsofa, das leider etwas zu hart zum Schlafen ist. Tolle Terrasse und kleiner gepflegter Garten, die wir wegen schlechten Wetters leider nicht nutzen konnten. Sauna im Garten. Gemütliche Lichtstimmung im gesamten Haus und auf der Terrasse. Schöner Ausblick in die Natur. Sehr zu empfehlen!"

"The apartment was a nice surprise to me; it worked just fine. I needed time to seat , read, and write and the peace of the place provided that. It is a little bit retired from the center, but public transportation is excellent around the area (and in Germany in general). If you are looking for typical air-conditioned home, you might be disappointed. The pool is small, but coming to Berlin is not the place to stay in a pool. Lots of conveniences stores and supermarkets, restaurants are decent...

"The property owner charged us for electricity usuage and tourist tax and demanded payments with cash only. She only spoke to us in German and the majority of the time it seemed that she was screaming at us. The house is in the middle of a bush and at night it is extremely hard to enter. The door does not lock and you have to slam it very hard for it to close. Overall, not a very good experience."

"The hotel is overpriced. Looked better online than it really is. Still a great hotel, though. Clean and comfortable. The gym is not good, very basic and lacks weights. Same as the sauna - it wasn't even working most of the days I stayed there. The phone in the room wasn't working, so I couldn't call the receptionist anytime. The breakfast is VERY average and super overpriced, it also looked much better online than it truly is. The area though is amazing, very central and easy to get around. "
