"Everything was great until we asked for an ice bucket to keep our water bottles cold. There are no fridge in the rooms. Although they FINALLY gave us an ice bucket, they outright refused multiple times. They told us we could have one glass of ice. Around 10pm, the office staff switched off the internet, phones, etc. and left the premises. The security guards said this was because there was a storm. "Grounds are well kept. Food is OK. Rooms are old, damp, mildewed . Towels and linen mildewed. Staff were slow to respond to needs and unfriendly. Jacuzzi was broken. Lobby bathroom was filthy. Spa - not air conditioned, no cold water, reused disposable slippers, changing room - filthy. "
