Nice view to the ocean
Very nice apartment. The surrounding is a bit noisy during the weekend. There is a restaurant with music in the neighborhood. The owner familiy is very helpful.

A very nice apartment between the sea and the old town
The apartment with sea views is about 50 m from the beach. It has soundproof windows so that you can hardly hear any street noise. When you step out of the front door you find yourself in the middle of the old town. The associated parking lot is not very far away either.

Wunderschöne geräumige und saubere Ferienwohnung in einer sensationellen Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Im Umkreis von wenigen 100 Metern gab es alles für den täglichen Bedarf zu kaufen. Zwei Obstgeschäfte ware direkt neben bzw. gegenüber der Haustür. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Wieder Zuhause
Wir sind nicht ohne Grund das zweite mal in der Wohnung. Für uns ist nach Loano kommen, nach Hause kommen. Die Wohnung ist von derLage perfekt direkt an der Promenade/Strand. Die Treppen sind natürlich nervig, aber dass wussten wir ja. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Domenico und seine Schwester waren wie bei letzten mal super Nett und Hilfsbereit. Danke das wir früher in die Wohnung durften. Die Wohnung war für uns als Familie (Oma,Opa, Tochter, Enkelin) perfekt weil jede Partei Ihr eigenes Reich und Bad hatte.

Una vera vacanza ligure
Quando si sceglie un posto, una citta’, una regione per soggiornare e passare le proprie vacanze, sono dell’idea che bisogna entrare nella vera tradizione e cultura della località scelta. Questo meraviglioso e ampio appartamento nei carruggi con vista mare e’ proprio la sintesi della Liguria. Ho apprezzato i suoi gradini, le voci nei carruggi, lo scorrere del tempo dei negozianti sottostanti, la calma e il relax da una terrazza con vista privilegiata sul mare. fornitissima la cucina e molto accoglienti gli host che mi hanno accolto con il sorriso e mi hanno dato anche molti suggerimenti. Loano ottimo posto per famiglie con ragazzi grandi che possono scegliere locali e compagnie per passare delle belle giornate e serate. La Marina di Loano TOP.

Bellissima vacanza
L’appartamento si trova in pieno centro, in posizione strategica sia per raggiungere la spiaggia che per i locali del centro. La casa l’abbiamo trovata pulitissima e molto confortevole. Bello l’attico dove si trovano la seconda camera, il bagno ed il soggiorno, ma il vero punto di forza secondo me è il terrazzo, abbiamo sempre pranzato e cenato ammirando il mare. Altro punto a favore è il parcheggio privato a poche centinaia di metri dalla casa. I proprietari, Domenico e Marcella si sono dimostrati sin da subito disponibili e cordiali.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Terrasse
Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Super ausgestattete Küche, tolle Dachterrasse. Lage war phantastisch - kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, Essengehen u zum Strand. Der Kontakt mit Domenico war sehr freundlich u hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 👍

Das Appartement ist optimal für eine Familie mit bis zu drei Kindern. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, neu und modern; gleiches gilt für die beiden Bäder. Die untere Terrasse ist sehr groß mit traumhaften Blick auf´s Meer, leider fehlt ein Sonnenschutz (man sitzt beim Frühstück schön in der Sonne); gleiches gilt für die kleinere Terrasse oben, die allerdings nicht möbliert ist. Die Möblierung der unteren Terrasse ist sehr "einfach". Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und antwortet sofort per WhattsApp auf Fragen. Wäsche wurde nach einer Woche getauscht. Einziger Nachteil der zentralen Lage: die Schlafzimmer sind zur Seite der Fußgängerzone und damit ist es sehr laut. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, muss man die Fenster offen lassen. Die Kirchturmglocke in 50m Entfernung bimmelt viermal in der Stunde und durch die enge Gasse ist das ebenfalls sehr laut. Insofern sind Ohrstöpsel zu empfehlen ;-). Umgekehrt hat man natürlich in unmittelbarer Umgebung alles was man braucht: Bäcker, Metzger, CarrefourExpress, Bars, Restaurants, ... Der abgesperrte Parkplatz ist fußläufig 5 min. entfernt.

perfekter Strandurlaub mit italienischem Leben
Wir haben unsere Woche sehr genossen. Domenico und seine Schwester haben uns herzlich willkommen geheissen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Lebensmittel, Gelateria, Souvenirs sind innert Minuten erreichbar - auch sonntags (Fruchtladen gleich neben dem Eingang). Es hat Strände mit Liegestühlen/Schirmen gegen Bezahlung (ca. 15 Euro pro Person im Juli) sowie 3 gratis Strände in kurzer Distanz (ein paar Minuten). Auf der Terrasse hat es eine Wäscheleine, so kann man gleich alles trocknen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung mit fantastischen Blick aufs Meer
Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (10+15 Jahre) für zwei Wochen in der Wohnung und haben diese sehr genossen. Die großzügige Terrasse bietet einen wirklich beeindruckenden Panorama Blick aufs Meer (besser als auf den Bildern zu erkennen). Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet und sie kann dank der überall vorhandenen Schiebetüren auch gut durchgelüftet werden. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend auch wenn der Geräuschpegel wegen der direkt angrenzenden Altstadt hinten und der Promenade vorne relativ hoch war. Dies wussten wir jedoch vorher und haben es in Kauf genommen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nach einer Woche wurden Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausgetauscht. Der Ort ist wohl ein typischer Badeort mit einer sehr gemütlichen Altstadt und vielen tollen Lokalen. Für Tagesausflüge bieten sich insbes. Monaco, Genua (jeweils ca. 1 1/4 Stunde je nach Verkehrslage) sowie eine nah gelegene Tropfsteinhöhle an.

Italien pur!
Ideale Wohnung für Menschen, die italienisches Leben lieben. Vorne das Meer mit dem Lungomare ,wo man lernen kann, dass auch kleine Kinder nicht um 20h ins Bett müssen. Hinten raus die kleine lebendige Einkaufsgasse,in der man innerhalb von 100 Metern alles bekommt, was man zum Leben braucht. Domenico und Marcella waren ausgesprochen gastfreundlich und haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben.

Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage
Die Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist super zentral. Ein privater Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Sehr sauber und freundliche Vermieter! Wir waren begeistert.

Schöne grosse Ferienwohnung, mitten im Zentrum und direkt am Strand
Wir, eine fünfköpfige Familie genossen es sehr in dieser Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gemütlich und wir hatten immer auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Domenico und Marcella waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns gut informiert, die Kommunikation war perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Tolle Wohnung an toller Lage
Sehr sauber, nette Gastgeber, alles unkompliziert. Waren in der Nebensaison dort, daher wohl eher ruhig. Wie es in der Hauptsaison betreffend Lärm ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Die Schlafzimmer gehen auf die Seite der kleinen Altstadtgasse. Es scheint nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Bar / Disco zu geben. Terrassse mit toller Sicht. Waren sehr zufrieden.

Einmalig!
Diese Ferienwohnung ist wirklich einmalig! Es bleibt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Von der Ausstattung her ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, bei der Küche angefangen bis zu den Schlafzimmern und Bädern. Alles war sehr sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Auf der großen Terrasse mit Liegestühlen haben wir viele schöne Sonnenstunden verbracht. Die Lage ist optimal, vorne raus der Blick auf Meer und Palmen, hinten raus die schöne alte Gasse mit allen notwendigen Geschäften in Fußweite. Loano ist ein schönes Städtchen mit den kleinen Gässchen und dem langen Lungomare, wo man schöne Spaziergänge machen kann. Domenico und Marcella sind sehr freundlich und haben uns nett empfangen und sich gut um uns gekümmert. Hierher kommt man gerne wieder und ich kann es nur empfehlen.
