Fabulous house situated in the quiet area of ​​Cala Pi, surrounded by nature and 5 minutes from the beach of Cala Pi, supermarket, entertainment and dining area. Only 15 minutes from the amazing beach of Es Trenc and golf courses, water park and marina. 30 minutes from the airport and the city of Palma.

The villa has two floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom and kitchen with breakfast bar having a common and ample space with the living room and the porch, in which you can also enjoy another dining area and an area relaxing with sofas, enjoying every moment of overlooking the pool and garden. Upstairs is a double bedroom and another bedroom with terrace and a complete bathroom.

Beside the pool you can enjoy a large pergola with another dining area accompanied by a splendid barbecue to delight the outdoor kitchen with family and friends ,, with view of the pool and enjoying it, as well as the relaxation area on the sun loungers around the pool.

The outside garden is very spacious with artificial grass surrounding the house to the delight of guests and ideal for playing children.

Located near a tennis court, football, basketball, playground and bocce for guest use.

Excellent property for holiday break
Property very clean and well furnished, in excellent quiet location. All amenities as expected. Only small problem was bottled gas supply ran out, and had to fit new bottle and relight boiler, but not a major issue. Pool was very clean and well maintained, gardens of property are a delight. The BBQ was the cleanest I have ever seen at a rental property! Final touch was charcoals and lighters were included. All communication with owner Toni were answered promptly. Nice bottle of wine as a welcome. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing break or even a family holiday.

A lovely stay in a wonderful villa
We stayed for seven nights in July 2019. Toni and Reme were great hosts, incredibly welcoming and helpful, even going out of their way to find us an extra fan for one of the rooms. The villa is beautifully presented, very spacious rooms, a great master bedroom with a sea view from the balcony, and a stunning outside space. We loved the outside kitchen and shower, while the pool was a good size and the outside dining areas were very comfortable. Toni and Reme had provided us with everything we needed, even some toys for our children and parasols for the beach. The villa is on a quiet road and we never had a problem parking. The walk to the town beach and shops took about 15 minutes along a coastal road. Cala Pi is a very peaceful small town, with a beautiful beach, never too busy, very good restaurants, and some incredible views from the lookout tower. We would definitely recommend.

Schöne Villa mit tollem Garten und Pool
Wir hatten eine tolle und ruhige Woche in der schönen Villa. Der Garten mit dem großen Pool ist wirklich traumhaft. Toll ist auch der große Außengrill (Danke für die Grillkohle!) Wir konnten in ca. 15/20 Minuten zur traumhaften Bucht von Cala Pi laufen. Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall gerne weiter!

Tolle Villa, hat uns sehr gefallen. Sehr gepflegtes Objekte, Lage zum Strand einen Tick zu weit für eine fußläufige Erreichbarkeit mit Kindern. Ansonsten total ruhige Lage. Kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Villa
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Cala pi. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und vor allem auch sehr sauber. Die Küche ist wirklich super ausgestattet. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein. Der Garten mit wirklich großem Pool war unser absolutes Highlight. 15 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es eine Bushaltestelle und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Für den großen Einkauf sollte man allerdings etwas weiter fahren. Die kleine Bucht ist auch nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und sehr schön zum liegen und Baden. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden sofort wieder kommen.

Entspannungsurlaub in Villa Cala Pi
Haus und Grundstück sehr gut gepflegt. Alles vorhanden. Das in die Jahre gekommene Mobiliar stört hierbei auch nicht. Die Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern liefen einwandfrei und geräuschlos. Das etwas instabile W-LAN trug zur Entspannung bei; der „Fernseher“ im oberen Schlafzimmer, der nicht funktionierte, ebenfalls. Auch mit dem Nachbarn zur rechten Seite konnte einvernehmlich kommuniziert werden! Ein gelungener Aufenthalt für uns - alles gut

Badeurlaub in Cala Pi
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Jasmin und dem wunderbaren Pool. Im Ort haben wir in mehreren sehr guten Restaurants gegessen. Alles in Allem und besonders der Gasherd in der gut ausgestatten Küche haben uns gefallen.

Sehr gepflegte Villa für den perfekten Urlaub
Wir hatten zwei sehr entspannte Wochen in der Villa. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr gepflegt, der Garten mit dem Pool eine Oase der Entspannung. Cala Pi bietet einige gute Restaurants und zwei kleine Supermärkte für das Nötigste. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfekt für bis zu 6 personen. Toller Pool, blitzblank sauber, wunderbares Eltern-Schlafzimmer mit Balkon, wehenden Gardinen und Meerblick. Tolle Terrassen mit gemütlichen Sofas. Empfangen vom Gastgeber mit 2009er Bordeaux Grand Cru. Hatten eine großartige Zeit mit unseren 3 Kindern, nur 30 min von Palma entfernt. We will be back.

Schönes mallorcinisches Haus mit Garten und großem Pool. Wunderbares Objekt um als Familie Urlaub zu machen. Strand nicht zu Fuß erreichbar, aber der Ort hat eine fantastische Bucht. Sind rundum entspannt und sehr zufrieden.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in traumhafter Villa
Wir haben in dieser sehr schönen Villa eine entspannte Woche verbracht. Die Villa ist ruhig gelegen und der Garten ist traumhaft angelegt. Der Pool sehr schön und glasklar, und auch der gemauerte Grill ist toll. Selbst Grillkohle war da. Einzig ein zweites Geschirrhandtuch wäre schön gewesen. Der Ort ist klein, die Bucht sehr schön mit glasklarem Wasser. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation mit Toni und Reme war hervorragend. Vielen Dank

Perfect relaxing holidays
Overall, the house is really beautiful and was well prepared upon our arrival. The only thing that would have been nice additionally, would be a dish washer. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay very very much! Thank you for the great cooperation during the whole time!

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben das Ferienhaus für eine Woche gebucht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Grillkohle und ein guter Wein standen bei unserer Ankunft bereit. Der Pool war sauber und wurde von uns täglich genutzt. Für den Einkauf und Ausflugstouren ist ein Mietwagen von Vorteil. Cala Pi scheint gerade sehr im Kommen zu sein, denn es wurde an vielen Stellen gerade gebaut.

Haus in einem ruhigen Ort mit Meerblick
Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in Tonis Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat alle Einrichtungen die man für ein Leben im Süden braucht. Voll ausgestattete Küche, 2 Kaffeemaschinen (Filter+Kapsel), Saftpresse, Herd, Kühlung etc. alles sehr neuwertig. Das Haus selber ist schon etwas älter, dadurch allerdings sehr angenehm vom Klima, da die Bausubstanz noch massiv ist. Man braucht hier keine Klimaanlage, dadurch ist da schlafen sehr angenehm. Die Bäder sind einfach und praktisch eingerichtet. Ich muss dazu sagen, die Außendusche ist für mich immer das Highlite, da brauche ich kein Bad im Haus :-) Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool hat endlich mal die richtige Tiefe! Der hintere Teil ist kein Stehbereich. Das Haus liegt in zweiter Reihe zum Meer, auf der oberen Terrasse hat man allerdings einen sehr guten Blick auf das Meer, dort kann man Abends auch gut sitzen. In den Ort Cala Pi sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten, dort kann man das nötigste in einem kleinen Laden einkaufen, es gibt morgens frisches Brot und Gebäck. Für den Großeinkauf sind wir nach Llucmajor oder nach Campos gefahren. Der Strand ist ebenfalls von dem Ort aus erreichbar, es gibt am Strand allerdings keine Strandbar und keinen Schirmverleih mehr. Aufgrund verschiedener Gesetzgebungen der spanischen Naturschutzbehörden ist dies nicht mehr erlaubt. Trotzdem ist die Bucht wunderschön und wenn es dazu beiträgt das es so bleibt, dann ist das auch OK. An dem Abstieg zu Bucht gibt es eine kleine Bar (Pepes Corner) diese hat die Strandbar aus unserer Sicht gut ersetzt. Da man in Cala Pi ja sowieso ein Auto haben sollte, kann man von dort aus auch noch andere schöne Buchten und Strände erforschen, wie Es trenc oder die Cala Romantica. Auch die schönen Orte Llucmajor und Santanyi sollte man besucht haben, besonders an Markttagen Freitags in Llucmajor und Samstags in Santanyi (allerdings kein Geheimtipp mehr). Vielen Dank an Toni und seine Familie die immer für uns zur Verfügung standen und mit guten Tipps unseren Urlaub zu einem schönen Erlebnis gemacht haben.

Es war wunderbar und ein Traum von einem Haus
Das Haus war wunderbar, der Pool, der Grill alles in allem war es ein Traum. Auch der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer wieder gerne. Es gab nur zwei Nachteile, der Schrank in einem der Zimmer, roch sehr stark, so das wir in diesem Zimmer aus dem Koffer leben mussten (es roch sehr sehr stark nach nassem Keller) und die Dusche im unteren Bad war sehr eng, für jemand der übergewichtig ist - wäre diese Dusche nichts. für uns ging es gerade so aber vorig Platz hatten wir nicht. Abgesehen von diesen 2 Dingen (kleine Dusche und müffelnder Schrank) war es wirklich ein Traum und immer wieder gerne. Es eignet sich hervorragend für Familien mit Kinder. Für den Einkauf würden wir aber nicht Cala Pi empfehlen, sonder den nächst grösseren Ort (mit Auto). Für das Morgentliche frische Brot etc. geht der Dorfladen aber gut. Schade war das sich die "Gemeinde" für's 2018 entschlossen hat die super Strandbar in der Bucht von Cala Pi nicht mehr zu genehmigen, so das man alles selber hinschleppen musste - eine Bucht mit Strandbar ist schon ein bisschen mehr Sommer / Ferien Feeling - also für uns.... Cala Pi ist ein kleines Dorf, mit wenigen Einwohner, es wird momentan Juni 2018 sehr viel gebaut, Baulärm hatten wir aber nicht. Liebe Grüsse

Perfekter Urlaub !
Villa, Garten und Pool haben wir sehr sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden. Gemütliche und ansprechende Einrichtung, Küche gut ausgestattet. Toller Außengrill. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es sehr empfehlen. Gefühlt wie Urlaub bei Freunden.

Erwartungen übererfüllt
Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und ordentlich. Der Außenbereich ist trotz Kunstrasen der absolute Hammer. Im Haus haben einige Möbel schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel, was aber dem Flair der Villa keinen Abbruch tut. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet, sogar Sonnencreme, Olivenöl, ein Föhn und viele Kleinigkeiten mit denen wir garnicht gerechnet haben waren vorhanden. Unsere Highlights: Tiefer, Kühler Pool Beleuchteter Grill Nachbarkatze Satter grüner Kunstrasen (man macht sich nirgendwo die Füße schmutzig)

Sehr schönes Anwesen für ruhige Tage
Wer es etwas ruhiger und zurückgezogener mag, ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist ca. 5 Autominuten vom kleinen Zentrum von Cala Pi entfernt, dort gibt es ein paar wenige Restaurants. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr ordentlich. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und machen alle 7 Tage das Haus und den Pool sauber. Unterm Strich absolut empfehlenswert.
