Very pleasant stay
Very well equipped place to stay. Lots of kitchen utensils and had a homely feel. Lovely clean pool and jacuzzi. Very nice garden. Private parking behind secure gate. 1 or 2 cafes and food stores in local town, in walking distance. beautiful scenery. 30 ish minutes from airport. Cot was ready and waiting for us on arrival (and highchair). Would highly recommend.

Sehr schöne Anlage
Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Aussenbereich. Der Pool ist Mega, die Terrasse, der Whirlpool und auch die Tischtennisplatte wurde viel genutzt. Die SchlafrĂ€ume sind sehr schön mit guten Matratzen. Wir haben dort alle sehr gut geschlafen. Die Badezimmer sind nicht ganz so schön. Als wir ankamen, war die Toilettenbrille kaputt. Sie wurde sofort repariert. Das war super, aber bei der Reinigung hĂ€tte man es bereits bemerken mĂŒssen, was vermuten lĂ€sst, dass die Toiletten nicht gereinigt wurden. Die Duschen mĂŒssten auch mal richtig geschrubbt werden, da dort viele braune Stellen auf den Fliesen sind. Man wĂŒrde sie wieder schön bekommen. In der KĂŒche kam Wasser aus dem Gefrierrschrank, weshalb wir immer ein Tuch davor liegen haben mussten und bei der Toranlage brauchte man viel Geduld, da sie oft erst nach dem 10. bis 15. mal drĂŒcken reagiert hat. Das war etwas nervig und schade fand ich auch die abgezĂ€hlten HandtĂŒcher. Bei 14 Tagen hĂ€tte ich schon gerne mal wenigstens 1 Mal ein Handtuchwechsel gehabt, gerade weil wir super Wetter hatten und viel am Strand waren und auch jeden Tag geduscht haben. Es sind nur Kleinigkeiten, deshalb kann ich es voll weiterempfehlen. Kleiner Tipp, am Dienstag ist in der Cocktailbar Life Musik, was mega schön ist, aber man muss einen Tisch reservieren, es lohnt sich aber. Und was anzumerken ist, die Wege zum Einkaufen sind weit. Man ist eigentlich immer 30 Minuten fĂŒr eine Strecke unterwegs.

Im Prinzip könnten wir die Beschreibung des Objektes hier wiederholen, denn der Aufenthalt hat keine WĂŒnsche offengelassen! Aus der Erfahrung andere Reisen möchten wir die wirklich umfĂ€ngliche Ausstattung der KĂŒche ebenso hervorheben, wie die VorzĂŒge eines beheizten Pools. Wir danken fĂŒr diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

Die perfekte Unterkunft fĂŒr Paare und Familien
Wir haben sehr schöne 8 Tage in dieser Unterkunft gehabt. Die Ausstattung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Man hat einfach alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Ein sehr schöner Pool im Garten, toller Basketballplatz fĂŒr Teenes ums Eck und insgesamt eine ruhige Umgebung in der man gut Energie Tanken kann. Wir haben auch die FahrrĂ€der zum tĂ€glichen FrĂŒhstĂŒckeinkauf gut nutzen können. Guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge, wenn man die Insel etwas erkunden möchte. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir wĂŒrden wieder kommen.

Gepflegtes Haus mit guter Ausstattung
Das Haus ist aufgerĂ€umt, gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und hochwertig, bis hin zur Klimaanlage, TV- und Musikanlage. Wir hatten kein allzu warmes Wetter, weshalb der beheizte Pool und vor allem der Whirlpool eine große Freude war.

Wunderschönes Haus - Top Ausstattung

Super entspannter Urlaub im sehr sauberen und komfortablen Bungalow
Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Bungalow absolut genossen. Kontakt im Vorwege inkl. SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe sehr unkompliziert mit toller Erreichbarkeit. Unterlagen sehr umfassend, genau und hilfreich. Der Bungalow und das GrundstĂŒck sind sehr gepflegt und toll gelegen. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gelungen und großzĂŒgig. Ausstattung tadellos, sauber, modern, hochwertig und Stauraum in allen Zimmern ohne Ende. In allen Zimmern schöne Doppelbetten mit gefĂŒhlt drei unterschiedlichen HĂ€rtegraden bei den Matratzen in einem tollen Zustand - wir legen viel Wert auf gute Betten und konnten daher den Urlaub auch ĂŒber Nacht genießen....und das ist sehr selten der Fall. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön: Großer Autostellplatz und Tischtennisplatte, toller Kunstrasen, angenehm beheizter Pool, Außendusche (kalt&warm!) sowie der Jacuzzi ein Traum. Die Ausstattung hat bei uns keine WĂŒnsche offen gelassen: - Zwei schöne DuschbĂ€der - Große KĂŒhl-Gefrierkombination - Induktionsherd - Nespresso-Maschine - Viel Geschirr/GlĂ€ser/Besteck und sehr funktionale Pfannen, Töpfe und scharfe Messer - Top GeschirrspĂŒler, Waschmaschine und WĂ€schetrockner - Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern - USB AnschlĂŒsse bei den Steckdosen fĂŒr das Laden von mobilen GerĂ€ten - FahrrĂ€der Einfach ankommen und wohlfĂŒhlen. CalaPi ist ruhig, gepflegt und wenig touristisch - das haben wir sehr genossen. Wir können den Bungalow uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen und wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir nach Mallorca fahren wollen.

Outre la malchance d’avoir vĂ©cu les violents orages au lendemain de notre arrivĂ©e (dĂ©tritus dans le jardin et nous avons dĂ» le nettoyer ainsi que la piscine nous mĂȘmes pour en avoir peu profitĂ© au final car elle Ă©tait devenue froide, tandis que l’annonce indiquait qu’elle Ă©tait chauffĂ©e
 😒), le logement donne sur un terrain de sport qui est frĂ©quentĂ© tous les jours et nous avons subis des rĂ©veils bruyants Ă  coup de balles de baskets ou de football tĂŽt le matin jusqu’à tard le soir
 Sinon la maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e et confortable. Mais nous regrettons d’avoir Ă©tĂ© dans un lieu assez communautarisme et finalement nous n’avions plus l’impression d’ĂȘtre en Espagne mais plutĂŽt dans un autre pays europĂ©en car tout y Ă©tait inscrit dans la langue de Goethe (qu’on aime bien au demeurant, mais ce n’était pas notre destination de voyage). Les occupants du logement prĂ©cĂ©dent sembleraient avoir Ă©tĂ© trĂšs sales car, malgrĂ© un bon accueil, Ă  l’heure prĂ©vu contractuellement ( Ă  a16h, le mĂ©nage n’avait pas Ă©tĂ© terminĂ©. Des serviettes Ă©taient encore dans les machines Ă  laver, des plateaux non nettoyĂ©s, un barbecue non nettoyĂ© non plus, etc). Dommages. Du coup, nous n’avons pas trouvĂ© un bon rapport qualitĂ© prix. Sinon, de belles balades Ă  faire dans le coin, restĂ© agrĂ©ablement sauvage.

Ein Ferienhaus der Sonderklasse. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben schon viele Fincas auf Mallorca gebucht. Diese war die absolut Beste. Ein sehr netter Besitzer, ein sehr netter Hausverwalter. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Sehr schöne Workation
Vielen Dank fĂŒr die wunderschönen 11 Tage in dieser Unterkunft. Allein der Hinweis, dass das BĂŒro mittlerweile ein weiteres Schlafzimmer ist, wĂ€re schön gewesen. Es hat aber aufgrund des super Wetters genug ArbeitsplĂ€tze gegeben. Ansonsten fehlt es dem Haus an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt!
