Dieses Hotel ist super. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren eine Woche dort und es hat alles gestimmt (Preis, Personal, Essen). Natürlich ist es kein 5 Sterne Luxushotel aber für diesen Preis 1a. Ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen.

Csak ajánlani tudom
Ár-érték arányban kiváló hotel. A személyzet kedves,a wi-fi a szobákban nem működik,de a kifizetett 15 eurót vissza is adták zokszó nélkül. Hátrány a régi típusú lapos tv,pláne ha gyerekkel utazol,aki a kedvenc meséit nézné esténként. Légkondícionáltak a szobák,felár nélkül. Összességében ennyi pénzért szerintem kiemelkedő a hasonló árú spanyol hotelekhez képest. Csak ajánlani tudom.

Truly a budget hotel, booked this hotel for a cheap break with the girls and got what we paid for. Location is all aimed at German guests with food/language etc but staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool is small and quite shaded as it is in a built up area but the beach is less than 10 minute walk and is lovely. They do close the pool each night and lock access so no one can reserve beds which is a positive and makes it fair for everyone to get a bed each morning. Breakfast was average, same very morning but standard continental buffet, lunch and tea were also the same every night and quite tasteless we found ourselves eating out 2 of the 4 nights we were there. The rooms are clean but fairly run down and in need of some attention, our room had bathroom tiles falling off, squeaky balcony doors, and a toilet you have to sit on sideways as the wall is in the way. No evening entertainment in the hotel but a lot of bars and restaurants down by the beach. Overall a budget hotel and you get what you pay for.

Budget hotel
It is really a budget hotel. Breakfast - terrible, the only healthy was tomato. The cleaning was terrible. You didn't want to look under the bed. The staff were friendly. There were only a couple of sunbeds in the pool area which were okay. Others were broken and there wasn't any padding in the sunbed. The hotel walls were like thing paper. You need earplugs if you want to sleep :) There were quite a lot drunk Germans in the hotel. Well, the whole El Arenal is full of Germans :)

Im Hotel und in der Nachbarschaft war es bis Mitternacht sehr laut. Es gab nur einen Fahrstuhl, der bei drei Personen schon nicht mehr fuhr. Das Essen war nicht sehr abwechslungsreich,ein schlechtes Kantinenessen.

Wir - das heißt mein Sohn (4 Jahre) und ich waren für 10 Tage im Hotel Cassandra. Auf Grund der vorherigen Bewertungen hatte ich echt Angst das es ein Horror-Urlaub werden wird aber ganz das Gegenteil !!! Es war einfach wunderbar. Ich detailliere mal ein wenig meine Bewertung: Zimmer: wir hatten das Zimmer 508 im 5 Stock und konnten so über den kleinen dunklen Innenhof drüberschauen und hatten Meerblick. Einfach wunderbar abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Personal: Super Super nett - einfach mal ein Lächeln schenken und man bekommt immer eins zurück. Auch um meinen Sohn wurde sich so bemüht. Pool: klein aber fein - leider einige Liegen kaputt (Verletzungsgefahr) und... sau kalt. Tut mir leid aber wir sind nicht die einzigen gewesen die bibbernd im Wasser waren. Wirklich schade. Umgebung: Jeder der das bucht und vorher mal schaut weiß dass das Hotel oben etwas abseits liegt. Ja der Weg hoch vom Strand ist ein wenig anstrengend aber immer wieder schön gewesen. Sauberkeit: Da muß ich leider - so leid mir das tut - viele Sterne abziehen... Bettwäsche war IMMER fleckig auch wenn neu bezogen - Handtücher ebenfalls. Zimmerreinigung war ok aber für penible Leute nichts. Der Speiseraum stand leider auch vor Dreck (Kante Eistruhe igitt - Teller auch zu 90% dreckig). Das ist leider total schade. Essen: Für jeden was dabei was geschmeckt hat aber def. zu wenig Auswahl.

Das Hotel ist recht altmodisch. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, der TV geht nur wenn man die Fernbedienung gegen eine Kaution ausleiht. Das Essen war nicht lecker ... die Auswahl war sehr klein und der Essenssaal war dunkel und nicht mehr Zeitgemäß... wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer und es stand einfach ein Zustellbett mit ihm Zimmer.. Auf dem Balkon gab es 2 Stühle, aber leider keinen Tisch.

Für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Ich war mit meinen beiden Kindern in dem Hotel für eine Woche. Wir konnten uns nicht beklagen und ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

We were pleasantly surprised that there was a proper air con at the hotel. Lively music at the bar. The staff were absolutely amazing. Juan the night staff at the reception was exceptional. He even went in the morning to make me coffee before our flight. Only our taxi came too quick and I couldn't have it. Thank you Juan. Clean towels every day, shower gel and soap. Lovely cleaning ladies. Food was OK. Overall we had a good time in Cassandra hotel.
