Great chalet with private pool in the coastal area of Badia Blava, perfect for 6 guests.
The exterior area of this lovely beach house is really cosy, mainly because of the great chlorine pool that sizes 12 x 5 metres and with a water depth that ranges from 1.4 to 2.2 metres, ideal for a cool swim after sunbathing on one of the 6 sun loungers or after a long day at the beach. You will also find an exterior shower. There is a furnished area next to the pool with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast or a good meal cooked on the gas barbecue. The glass terrace is perfect to have a great evening.

From the terrace you access the house where you will find the kitchen equipped with a gas stovetop, oven, a table with chairs and much more. Then you enter the living - dining room where you can relax while watching the TV or chat while cooling down with the AC. There are three bedrooms with a double bed, a closet and a fan each but one with AC and an en-suite shower bathroom. There is a second bathroom with a tub for the rest of the house. A baby cot and high chair also are available. Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are located on the terrace.

Badia Blava is a quiet coastal urbanisation, a fantastic residential area for those who love the sea and the beach. The nearest sandy beach is the one in s'Arenal although the sea, its impressive cliffs and crystalline waters are just a short walk away from the house. Cala Blava is also a small beautiful cove near the house and worth a visit. From the house you will have an easy access to all the Bay of Palma and all its never-ending services. Not only in the area but also in the city of Palma, mainly, you will find great restaurants and bars, supermarket, shops,etc,...

Unser Aufenthalt dort war sehr schön. Es ist etwas abgelegen, daher hat man wirklich seine Ruhe. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt ums Eck, was auch super praktisch war. Bei Fragen war die Hotline immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Sommerurlaub in einer Gruppe
Wir hatten wunderschöne 10 Tage in BADIA BLAVA. Die Unterkunft war perfekt, ruhige Lage, nahe Verbindung in die Stadt Palma. In 18 min. Ist man in Palma, Ballermann oder am Flughafen gewesen. Wir haben auch direkt über fewo-direkt einen Mietwagen gebucht. Check-in ist alles online und unkompliziert, kein langes anstehen an den Schaltern. Wir können es somit nur weiter empfehlen. Sollte man doch mal mit dem Taxi fahren gerade wenn man am Ballermann ist ☺️, ist man mit 30€ im der Finca. Wir würden die Finca jederzeit wieder buchen.

Both bathrooms are clean and lot space to get ready and taking nice hot showers. You can park the car in front of the door. This area is quite but not to far from the partyscene. We totally would book it again.

The house was just as described.
The house was just as described.Close to the sea(walking distance) but bear in mind that the nearest sand beach is about 10 km away.(no problem if you rent a car as we did). The house itself was very spacious,clean,and everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom was there and even a small attention was left for us in the fridge. The pool and garden were also amazing and clean. Overall just a wonderful experience and would recommend this Villa and Homerti to everyone. Thank you Homerti for a wonderful 1st experience in Palma and a perfect Holiday.
