All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

This house has air conditioning and central heating in all bedrooms and common areas of the house.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Sehr schöne und geräumige Finca..
..In guter Lage zu Palma. Insgesamt sehr gepflegt und hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Meerzugang ist in unmittelbarer Nähe nur eingeschränkt möglich -kein Strand aber Felsküste-, diverse Strände sind aber einfach mit dem Auto erreichen. Auch für Einkäufe und Restaurantbesuche ist ein Auto erforderlich. -

Es war eine wunderschöne, moderne Finka, bei der nichts gefehlt hat.
Es war eine wunderschöne Finka, mit einer tollen Lage,direkt in der Nähe zum Meer und Flughafen. Sauberkeit stand im Vordergrund. Die Finka war sehr sehr modern und gut eingerichtet. Service war super. Wir würden Alle 8 immer wieder in diese Finka fahren und hier buchen. Danke. -

Eine schöne und sehr geräumige Finca mit einem tollen Aussenbereich mit Pool und Grillstelle. Genug Platz um einen Mietwagen in der Hofeinfahrt zu parken. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Gegend ist ruhig und ideal zum entspannen. Die Abwicklung im Vorwege und der Check-In liefen reibungslos ab. Bei Fragen haben wir immer eine zeitnahe Antwort bekommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben die Tage sehr genossen. -

Eine schöne Finca
Die Finca an sich ist sehr schön und der Kontakt mit der Agentur sehr unkompliziert. Leider war während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes eine laute Baustelle direkt nebenan. Der Lärm eines Presslufthammers war den ganzen Tag vorhanden und man konnte sich kaum in der Finca aufhalten. Die Warmwasseraufbereitung war schwierig und für Oktober wären etwas wärmere Bettdecken gut gewesen. Wir haben nachts teilweise sehr gefroren.

Very nice villa
Very nice villa. Clean, spacious and with everything you’ll need! It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Great for getting some well deserved rest, but it requires a car to get to some restaurants. Luckily the villa has a great kitchen and multiple seating areas, so we stayed in a lot as well! -

Maison fonctionnelle, belle terrasses et piscine super agréable. L'intérieur est conforme aux photos, sans plus. Certains murs sont un peu tachés, certains équipement un peu usés. Cuisine bien équipée mais absolument vide au niveau condiments de base sel, poivre.... Il faut cependant savoir que les 50 euros de consommation d'électricité inclus dans le prix affiché ne suffiront certainement pas. Prévoyez donc de devoir payer un peu plus, et l'hôte vous demandera quelque jours avant votre arrivée une caution pour couvrir les éventuelles sur-consommations. -

Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen! Das WLAN funktioniert super und lädt dazu ein auch mal im Pool im Home Office zu arbeiten ). In der Nähe gibt es verschiedene Buchten an denen sich vor allem Einheimische aufhalten. Zu Sandstränden muss jedoch ein bisschen weiter gelaufen werden. -

- sehr guter Service (Whatsapp Kommunikation) - toller und großer Kühlschrank - bequemes Sofa mit gutem TV - gute Lage - schöner Pool - Wasserspender gibt nur kaltes Wasser - Abflüsse in der Dusche reinigen - Spülmaschine spült nicht richtig (auch wenn man Geschirr vorher mit Wasser abspült) - Kaffeemaschine könnte erneuert werden

Casa preciosa típica mallorquina. En perfecto estado ,con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Los propietarios, Mateo y su mujer son unos anfitriones maravillosos. No solo nos dejaron alimentos tipicos de bienvenida sino que dispusieron la casa con todo lo necesario para hacer nuestra estancia irrepetible. El pueblo posee todos los servicios necesarios y es un punto perfecto para conocer la isla. Irrepetible.

Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage in der Finca. Schnelle, unkomplizierte Kommunikation & Problemlösung mit dem Vermieter. Kleines Minus: es ist keine Kaffeemaschine in der Finca. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, eine kleine Bucht kann man in 2 Gehminuten von der Finca aus problemlos zu Fuß erreichen.

Great place! We loved the location, the backyard and the swimming pool. Some things we didn't like: - No air conditioning to be fair, that's explicitly stated in the description - The swimming pool lights didn't turn on at night. - The dishwasher was constantly broken, despite our best efforts to fix it. There is no manual at the Villa, so we had to download one from the web. Someone came by and managed to fix it temporarily, but it broke again after two runs. - There was a power outage for one hour on Saturday evening. All the fuses were set correctly so it's a bit mysterious what went wrong.

Sehr schöne Villa!
Wir waren eine 7'er Gruppe Männer und Frauen und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Ende September war es nicht mehr brennend heiß aber auf jeden Fall noch warm genug für den Pool. Ganz in der Nähe sind mehrere kleine Buchten in denen man baden kann. Der nächste Laden ist etwas "weiter" weg, mit einem Auto/Mietwagen aber leicht zu erreichen. Die Villa war sauber, gut ausgestattet und schön groß! Ein paar negative Kleinigkeiten gab es, z.B.: war der W-Lan Empfang im Hintersten Schlafzimmer praktisch nicht mehr vorhanden, es dauerte etwas bis das Warmwasser kam und in manchen fällen war es nach 10min wieder vorbei (bei 7 Leuten unpraktisch falls jeder zur selben Zeit duschen will) und die Nachbarn haben einen nervigen Hund und Papagei die gerne immer mal wieder auf sich aufmerksam machen. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein wirklich unvergesslicher Urlaub und auch Aufenthalt! P.S. Mückenspray einpacken!
