"The property was in an amazing location tucked away with beautiful views of the Soller valley and the mountains. The driveway was slightly tight in the big Peugeot we rented - next time mental note to get a small car - regardless it was still fine! The location was a short walk from the local Spar and the town which had superb restaurants. It was the ideal base for exploring - tram to Port De Soller was an experience as was the train to Palma. "We booked the villa for my family, we needed downstairs rooms as we have elderly parents, our whole stay was amazing, the housekeeper came everyday to clean the pool and water plants. The grounds and views are breathtaking, it was sad to leave. They have a villa dog who is very friendly, 3 cats and a donkey. Very relaxing. Very well equipped."

"Rosa was a gracious host. Communication was great. Super helpful when I asked questions. The villa was spotless. The owner even gave us a bottle wine, water and huge bowl of oranges and lemons. The driveway up to the house is very steep. But that’s typical of the area. Get a small car and pack light. We shopped in Palma before we got to the house. That said, the grocery store in town was well stocked that we did not need to do that. We lived our stay and would love to return to Mallorca some...

"We came with our adult daughters and two small (2 & just 4 year old) grandsons. It is a visually attractive home, 3 levels, stair gates included, gated pool and plenty of places to sit and relax. Ample room for the children to play outside and adults to relax. A 5 minute walk away to a well stacked Agromart and numerous other food stores , bus stops and tram stop. Easy short bus journey to Port Soller, hiking trails, or Botanical gardens. "

"Can Fabiol is an attractive little house set in a beautiful location with the mountains soaring above the property and the lovely town of Soller below in the valley. It is very tranquil, with just the sound of cockerels crowing to each other up and down the valley and the bells of the cathedral chiming the hour. The accommodation is fairly basic but the patio and small pool provide a very pleasant space to enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Highly recommended!"

"All was great and we all had a wonderful time! The home was clean and as listed so no I wanted surprises which was wonderful. The only thing I would say is that the internet wasn’t the best, but they do have it. I depended where you were in the house or outside. The TVs didn’t seem to have channels to watch really but in fairness it may have been us that couldn’t figure it out. Over all a well enjoyable place to have a vacation! "

"What a gorgeous time we had at Maria's beautiful house. It really is a stunning location with so many lovely areas to sit and relax. The decoration is classic and timeless. The outside is very calming and we all enjoyed swimming and playing in the pool. Breakfast on the terrace looking over the orange grove was a highlight. "Ten adults of retirement age. One of our party has limited ability. This property with a ground floor bedroom with walk in shower was ideal. HOWEVER, although the said bedroom/bathroom WAS on the ground floor, you still had to climb a set of stairs turn left to access this bedroom and then go down a set of stairs, this was NOT ideal. Only one outdoor parasol was provided and there are only two holes for it to be placed and therefore very restrictive to our friend in the wheelchair. No...

"We booked the delux apartment with seaview and it was beautiful views. Had a bit of trouble with some ants appearing, and when it rained there was some water coming into the living area,but the cleaners and handyman fixed everything really quick. The jakuzzi was great too. The food was ok too. Really liked the childrens disco and entertainment after dinner. Overall we had a great few days. "
