This cozy accommodation is located in Llubí, a small town in the center of Mallorca. The house, of rustic style, has been recently reformed but maintains the character of a typical Mallorcan village house. In addition, it is fully equipped and has everything you need to spend a perfect holiday. As far as the exterior is concerned, Can Olivera has a small natural grass garden and swimming pool and a fantastic furnished terrace perfect for enjoying the outdoors.



Llubí is a small town located in the center of Mallorca where you will find restaurants, bars and some shops. Every Tuesday the weekly market is held, a perfect occasion to buy fresh fruit and vegetables or other elaborations. Llubí is an excellent starting point to explore the island, as it is only 20 minutes by car from the bay of Alcudia and its spectacular sandy beaches, or from the coves of Port de Pollença. It is also very close to Palma, the capital of the island.

Sehr schön, mit kleinen Tücken
Im süßen Ort Llubi, mit knapp 3000 Einwohnern gelegen. Etwas tricki, da alles Einbahnstraße und relativ eng, ein kleines Ort ist zu empfehlen. Die Unterkunft sehr schön, perfekt ausgestattet und wirkt noch recht neu. Sehr groß, toller Pool und alles sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer ist allerdings klein und alles was benötigt wird auf kleinsten Raum untergebracht. Licht eher dunkel, kein Fenster und gerade zum schminken eher schwierig. Ein Schlafzimmer liegt direkt daneben, das zweite im offenen, oberen Stockwerk. Da alles sehr sehr hellhörig ist, sollte man sich gut kennen und mögen :-) Parken ist eher schwierig, vor dem Haus ist meist alles belegt und man kreiselt durch die Umgebung. Meist sind wir am Supermarkt direkt fündig geworden und man läuft ein paar Minuten zur Unterkunft. Alles in allem eine tolle Stadtfinka, die alles hat was man sich wünscht und sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Zu unserer Überraschung gibt es mittlerweile einen sehr schönen gemauerten Pool und keinen Aufstellpool wie noch im Inserat angegebenen. Ein kleineres Problem (defekte Duschbrause) wurde umgehend behoben. Einziger Makel ist das sehr kleine Bad mit einer sehr kleinen Dusche. Ansonsten alles top. Wir kommen gerne wieder, sobald sich die Mietpreise wieder entspannen ;-)

Wunderschöne Stadtvilla
Das Haus ist liebevoll saniert und super ausgestattet. Der Garten und die Terrasse laden zum Entspannen ein. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt. Einzig die Schlafräume zur Straße sind recht hellhörig und parken empfiehlt sich in einer der größeren Straßen um die Ecke.

Estuvimos muy agusto, la casa es espaciosa y dan ganas de quedarse a disfrutar de la terraza y piscina, tiene de todo y está situada en un pueblo desde el que se puede visitar toda la isla.
