"We stayed in December, off season. Most of the stores and restaurants were closed, but the grocery stores were open. The property was clean and spacious. The frying pans and spatula need to be replaced, otherwise all in the kitchen was good. The rooms were quite cold when we arrived; the heaters on the ceiling worked ok. There is limited hot water for showers and dishes, and weak water pressure in the shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a soft mattress - I loved it, my husband did...

"I have just got back from staying in this wonderful apartment. Amazing location for all the sites and restaurants in Palma. Check-in communication was great, easy to find lock boxes etc. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and fresh. We had it set up so each room had single beds as we are 4 friends and it could equally work as a set up for couples. Roomy and spacious for 4 people. "This is a modern property in the heart of the old section of Palma. Convenient to the excellent Mercat de l'Olivar, plenty of restaurants and sights. Owners were accessible and extremely helpful (thank you again for arranging that taxi ride!) Highly recommend this property."

The location, overlooking the sea, the boats, the bay, and beach was excellent and just a little away from the areas of more hustle and bustle. "Perfect location and lovely views. Small complex which wasn’t to busy in September . Large balcony . The apartment was fine. You will need to buy everything as nothing supplied at all. Water would have been a nice touch and maybe some soap . Things to improve . Mattresses so hard. Would stay here again as very reasonable if mattresses replaced. Plenty of places to eat and bus route very close."

"A lovely week in November. Property was quiet and the staff we engaged with were friendly and polite. You need a car really for this one. Only disappointment was no oven in the kitchen as we do self cater but we did manage ok with the hob & microwave. "
