Modern house with private pool in a quiet neighborhood only 2.5km from the beautiful beach of Canyelles, 5km from Lloret del Mar town centre and 8km from Tossa del Mar, one of the most charming towns on the costa Brava! This house is ideal for spending holidays with family or friends on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity 8 people. A nice external area with private pool (7x6m), terrace with stunning sea and mountain views, where you will be able to enjoy breakfasts. There is also a built in barbecue. Indoors you will find a modern living/dining room with tv and stunning sea views, an open kitchen facing the living room with microwave, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher. 2 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower. Youth groups are not accepted, pets are allowed on request and with supplement. Optional A/C: 150 €/week.

Maison à peu près bien equipee mais
La maison est a peu pres bien équipée mais prevoir quelque petits travaux et changer des chaises cassees Et surtout DONNE SUR UN CAMPING BRUYANT ET AUCUNE INTIMITÉ PUISQUE LE TERRAIN DONNE SUR LA MAISON

De villa ligt pal tegen een camping aan waardoor je van de ochtend tot laat in de avond last hebt van entertainment. Wanneer je gebruik maakt van handdoeken en bedlinnen krijg je dit mee in een grote vuilniszak bij het ophalen van de sleutel. Het huis heeft maar 2 badkamers niet 3! Huis was ronduit smerig toen we aankwamen. Huis heeft plastic tuinmeubelen zonder kussens. De bedden zijn ronduit oud en slecht, je moet werkelijk het matras op de grond leggen anders steken de veren in je rug. De omgeving is top, mooi weer, mooi strandje in de buurt echt heel jammer dat het huis enorm tegenviel.

Super Haus, mit allem was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Die Aufteilung und Ausstattung ist super. Auch der Ablauf mit der Agentur war reibungslos. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden auch wieder kommen.

Interessantes Objekt
Zeitgemässe Inneneinrichtung, schön angelegter Pool, ausreichend Platz, ausgezeichnete Lage. Verwaltung (Office) in der Nähe, auch am Sonntag erreichbar. Einzig die Kommunikation zwischen Vermieter sowie die Zahlungsabwicklung waren aus unsrer Sicht nicht ganz problemlos.
