A wonderful hotel, location/views are outstanding!
The hotel is in a fantastic location, quiet away from the road and the views are amazing. The breakfast offer is until 1pm in the afternoon, you can sit inside with some views of the sea or there is seating outside on the promenade which is amazing and so lovely to have breakfast/brunch there. The room is fairly basic but nice, clean, the bathroom is modern and the view totally from the room and balcony sells it. The solarium is lovely to sit/lay out on also. Other facilities at the sister hotels nearby can be used. The lady on the reception is extremely helpful and always busy. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the property is just amazing. Having breakfast right next to the beach was the best thing. The only problems are that place really needed renovation and cleanness of the room should be definitely better.

This hotel is getting old and needs a touch up. Beds need replacing. Shower starts running for no reason. Directions on how to work the AC would be helpful.. Umbrellas on the sunning deck would be nice even just 2. Buffet is excellent. Staff are very willing to help.

Der Parkplatz ist 250 m vom Hotel entfernt. Koffer muss man selber diese Distanz schleppen. Telefonnummer in der Buchung ab 1800 Uhr unerreichbar. Unklar Parkiersituation. Personal darauf angesprochen, hat sich gerechfertigt, no go. Ganze Nacht lärm.

Es ist einen schönes Hotel direkt am Strand!
Wir hatten kürzlich das Vergnügen, im Hotel Rosamar Maxim Adults Only zu übernachten, und es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung! Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr praktisch und haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, was uns sofort ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders das Frühstück war hervorragend – eine breite Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen, die den Tag perfekt beginnen ließen. Die Sauna und das Fitnessstudio sind tolle Extras, die wir gerne genutzt haben. Nach einem langen Tag am Strand oder bei der Erkundung der Umgebung, war es wunderbar, sich in der Sauna zu entspannen oder im Fitnessstudio zu trainieren. Ich kann das Hotel Rosamar Maxim Adults Only nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

bon emplacement
un très bon emplacement de l'hôtel, chambres confortables. Par contre, coursive au second donc courant d'air avec portes qui claquent, bruyant avec restaurants de rue.Pas de stationnement proche de l'hôtel, pas de possibilité de décharger ses bagages,parkings très chers et étroits quand ils sont disponibles. Demi pension dans un autre hôtel ainsi qu'animations. Réception peu aimable uniquement à l'hötel Rosamar Maxim
