Beautiful house located in one of the best and quietest areas of Lloret de Mar. Spectacular view of the sea and the Mediterranean forest.

House of two plants. On the top floor four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three rooms have a small balcony overlooking the sea. One of the bedrooms is a suite with private bathroom.

On the ground floor of the house we find a beautiful and spacious living room with fireplace and modern style kitchen and a toilet. On this same floor outside is the pool and a pergola with barbecue.

You can park without problem on the street next to the house.

MANDATORY FEES NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
-Tourist tax (MANDATORY PAYMENT): €1 per person per day for people over 16 years of age. This must be paid directly to the owner on the day of arrival.

Amazing property, great host
Olga was a great host and the property is amazing. The location is fantastic and the property is modern and well kept. My family and I loved our stay and if we come back to the region, would be looking to stay here again.

Lovely Villa
Olga’s villa is wonderful, the view is fantastic and the villa is well equipped. All the beds are comfortable, the outside area is great as is the pool. Thank you again Olga for making us feel very welcome , all my family had a great time.

Just Perfect stay
It should not surprise you that both Olga & Xavier are excellent hosts. We stayed 3 weeks and they give good information about things to do and left all kind brochures and maps in our own language. The house and swimmingpool are amazing. The views are beautifull. Thank you Olga & Xavier. ho family

Fantastic house with incredible views
Our family get together couldn't have been in a better location. The house was perfect with everything we needed for a full week together and the views were spectacular. Amazing villa with stunning views
My family and I absolutely loved this stunning villa and had a great holiday. The highlight of this property is the magnificent view and the pool area is perfect for lounging and cooling off on sunny days. The villa's modern design provides a comfortable stay and Olga and Xavier were great hosts giving amazing recommendations and always being available if anything was needed. The picturesque surroundings offer a serene escape from the city bustle, while still being conveniently close to Barcelona. Tossa de Mar was a great local town to visit with lots of restaurants. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway or a base for exploring the region, this villa’s combination of location and amenities makes it a top choice. We look forward to returning in the future.

Herausragend gut: + Gastgeber (sooo herzallerliebst, sehr aufmerksam und fürsorglich!) + Panoramablick + nahezu uneinsehbares Anwesen + Ausstattung (W-Lan ist superschnell) + Betten mit Latexmatratzen + Pool sauber und selbstreinigend Verbesserungsfähig: - Pool nicht beheizt - Parkmöglichkeit nur am Straßenrand - Heizung nicht in Betrieb (wir fragten aber auch nicht danach) * ansonsten müsste man schon sehr kritisch suchen um etwas beanstanden zu können

Einfach perfekt!
Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in dem wunderschönen Haus und waren wieder begeistert. Olga und Xavier sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit und waren zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und modern. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Baby da und hatten ausreichend Platz. Der Pool und der Blick aufs Meer von jedem Zimmer aus sind einfach traumhaft. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und direkt beim Aufwachen hat man einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt wurde noch einmal ins Haus investiert. So gibt es nun einen Infinitypool, eine modernere Terrasse und ein Fernglas, mit dem man das Meer und den Strand beobachten kann. Es ist daher noch besser als auf den Fotos :) Wir kommen ganz sicher noch ein drittes Mal, vielen Dank Olga und Xavier für diesen tollen Uraub!

Excellent villa, located a couple of miles from Lloret de Mar and 15 minutes drive to nearby Tossa de Mar which is more traditional with cobbled streets and a wonderful castle and some great restaurants. Villa is in a quiet residential area, modern and very clean, kitchen is well equipped, with all that you will need. Bathrooms are modern with walk-in showers. Linen and towels are provided. Washing machine available too. Outdoor area is lovely, excellent sea views and fantastic infinity pool. Ample sun loungers and covered terrace/seating area for the warmer days complete with BBQ and cooking utensils. There are binoculars available to use which was a lovely added touch. Villa is fully enclosed ideal for children and small dogs, there are steps into the villa and also down to the little children’s play area which is fully fenced. Street parking outside the villa is fine, it is on a quiet residential street. The beach at Cala Canyelles is great and we would definitely recommend a visit, it is walkable but a steep walk back!! A variety of watersports are available, a couple of restaurants and a fantastic beach bar called Kikkers which we highly recommend for food and drink and reasonable too. Car required. Olga and her husband are excellent hosts, we were met on arrival, they are extremely friendly and helpful to ensure you have a great stay. Thank you to you both for a wonderful stay

Familienurlaub in wundervollem Ambiente
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub in diesem super Ferienhaus. Der Inseratsname „fantastischer Meerblick“ hält was er verspricht und ich würde sagen, vor Ort wird er nochmal übertroffen. Man hat aus dem gesamten Haus und dem Außenbereich einen wundervollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Unterkunft war renoviert als wir ankamen und machte somit nochmal mehr her als ohnehin schon auf den Bildern im Inserat. Es ist nun ein Infinitypool, eine neue Pergola und ein neuer Esstisch vorhanden, die Terrasse ist vergrößert und so weiter. Und das beste: Ein Fernglas mit welchem man das Meer und was sich darauf tummelt beobachten kann.Wir waren baff… das hat man nicht oft, dass die Unterkunft besser als beworben ist :-) Die Gastgeber sind super nett und hilfsbereit, es war alles sauber, die Ausstattung von der Küche bis hin zu den Betten ist top… zu 100% zu empfehlen.

(English below) Hemos estado una semana con la familia y dos perros. La casa es increíble, llovió casi toda la semana y aun así estuvimos casi todo el tiempo en el exterior durante el día. Olga y Xavier también fantásticos, pasamos un rato agradable hablando y nos recomendaron planes en base a lo que ya habíamos planeado visitar, incluyendo zona de paseo para las perras cerca de la casa. Los colchones muy cómodos, las vistas impresionantes, el lavavajillas es un puntazo ya que éramos 5 personas y se hace pesado estar de vacaciones y fregando tanto plato. En general no echamos de menos nada y hemos estado muy cómodos. Una recomendación: Si os pasa como a nosotros que dudamos si el anuncio era real, Olga tiene en el anuncio publicado el número de registro de casa turística, podéis comprobarlo con el registro de la Generalitat sin problema. Seguramente repetiremos, ¡mil gracias! 😊 __ We stayed for a week, 5 family members and two dogs. Incredible house, it rained the whole week but we still stayed on the outside most of the time. Olga and Xavier were fantastic owners, we had a nice chat and they recommended plans around what we had planned to visit, including a nearby trail for the dog walks. Comfy mattresses, impressive views, the dishwasher is a huge advantage when you're on vacation with a group so that you don't loose too much time cleaning dishes. In general we were very comfy and didn't miss anything. We will most probably repeat, big thank you! 😊

Es ist einfach ein traumhafter Ort um sich zu erholen. Man betritt das Haus und ist sofort verzaubert von dem wundervollen Ausblick auf den Strand Platja de Canyelles. Wir sind sehr herzlich von Olga und Xavier empfangen wurden und fühlten uns direkt wilkommen. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet, um dort sorgenfrei seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir haben unsere Zeit im Haus benossen und eine tolle Zeit hier verbracht. Zu Olga und Xavier werden wir definitiv wieder kommen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub dort.

Un petit coin de paradis
Nous venons de passer une semaine dans la villa d'Olga et Javier. Un grand merci pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse qui nous ont fait nous sentir tout de suite bien dans cet endroit magique avec une vue fantastique. La literie est au TOP ! Très propre à notre arrivée, nous avons apprécié la grande pièce de vie et ses baies vitrées sur la région. L'extérieur est propice à la détente avec piscine, transats et table pour déjeuner face à la mer. Et surtout un grand merci pour avoir accepté notre CHARLY. Nous conseillons vivement pour un séjour détente et découverte de la Catalogne. Bonne continuation à Olga et Javier. Vous êtes formidables !

Olga und ihr Mann sind ausgesprochen freundlich und sprechen sehr gut Deutsch. Die angenehmsten Gastgeber die wir je hatten. Zum ersten Mal in Jahrzehnten in denen wir Ferienhäuser gemietet haben, hat wirklich jedes Gerät funktioniert. Das Haus war sehr sauber und das Internet schnell.
